Our experience with Glotech was excellent. From the telephone calls to the cooker repair we found the service to be outstanding. Our appliance technician was polite, efficient and did an excellent job. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Alex came to fix the oven, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He did a great job – everything is now working perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. On top of that, Alex was very friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. He took the time to explain what the issue was and made sure everything was sorted before leaving. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. Visited this morning by Alex. He called and gave me warning before arrival (small point, but so often missed by others), which enabled me shift work calls and be ready. Quickly diagnosed issue, and provided clear guidance as to the cost of repair and how to avoid future issues. Shared great knowledge of the brands out there as I sought advice on whether I should look to switch brand to avoid this issue again. Sadly machine repair cost made it not viable, but cannot fault Alex on his approach and communication throughout. Good service, would recommend to others.

Nick came to York on Friday teatime through traffic to help me out for the weekend with my faulty microwave. He kept in touch about timings, was polite tidy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Glotech for excellent service at a very good price.
