Absolutely awful! Do not use. GLOTECH are very unhelpful and issue was not fixed for months with excuse after excuse. If zero stars was an option I would give that. Initially the engineer came out quickly and said he had to order the part and will be in contact when it’s delivered and will go from there. Heard nothing for couple of weeks, contacted GLOTECH who were very unhelpful and couldn’t give me any help. Eventually managed to contact the engineer who said the part was still waiting to be delivered. Kept waiting and trying to get in contact and no luck. Until one day the engineer called, The part ordered had got lost and it would have to be reordered. Months and months later nothing. Calls were ignored, messages not replied to. GLOTECH could not help and told me to get my money back from credit card company. Honestly absolutely awful service. I eventually went with NEFF company themselves who fixed the issue in days! Honestly can’t believe what shocking company this is. DO NOT UsE!

The original day I requested was not acknowledged so on that morning I was disappointed to learn that Bosch had not sent the freezer. When the appliance was delivered to you delivery was on the correct day and in the morning my preferred time. Lindsay kept me informed. The chap who installed it was very pleasant and a good worker, problem solving and informing me very well. Maybe Eastern European but I don’t know his name.

We recently purchased a washing machine from this company and had a great experience from start to finish. The appliance works perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The guys who installed it were especially helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. Excellent customer service highly recommended!

I can't recommend Glotech too highly. Excellent company to deal with five star service from my initial phone call. The young lady who answered by initial call last Thursday afternoon dealt with it efficiently and promptly. Vladimer their service engineer was on my doorstep at 8.05 the following day identified the fault within five minutes. By 300. pm that afternoon I had placed an order for a new fridge freezer and it was fully installed this morning on the Tuesday within an hour by the excellent Leigh. At last I have found a company that knows and understands what real customer service is. Don't go anywhere else if you need a repair on a kitchen appliance or a new one. Glotech is top of the list by a country mile.

I would definitely recommend Glotech. Andrew the engineer came out to fix my dishwasher this afternoon. He did exhaustive tests to ensure the part that had been ordered was the correct part. He kept me informed throughout the process. He was very professional and polite. Prior to his visit I was kept informed by Glotech with regards to the part and when it would be in stock. All in all a first class service. would be delivered
