Contacted Mark to come in and have a look at replacing our main bathroom and also our en-suite, came in and discussed designs for both bathrooms and then ordered all the relevant fitting and fixtures So pleased with both bathrooms would highly recommend Mark his workmanship is amazing and very professional

This is the second time I have used gray group and I am so happy with the work. Mark gives advice on what work look good if you ask for it but was really enthusiastic about our ideas. Fantastic experience with Mark and his team on our family bathroom. From the initial scoping visit (with a follow up on design), Mark was not only really friendly, but full of helpful advice, always looking to save us money without compromising on quality. Our family bathroom fits in everything we need with plenty of space, the herringbone tiling is top quality. Mark took extra time at the start of the job to re-do the plumbing under the floorboards, no corners were cut. Excellent work and will use again!

Our bathroom required a complete strip back and renovation, with pipe work being moved. It was a difficult job given the age of our house but Mark and team were great and we’re very happy with the finished product. Seemed like excellent value for money all things considered. Thanks!
