Great British Kitchens combines quality design and bespoke products with excellent service and craftmanship. We have now used them for three rooms—our kitchen, study, and craft room—and the level of detail has been consistent across every project. The end-to-end process, from the initial inquiry to completion, was well managed and we were made to feel comfortable throughout. Our designer, Jack, took the time to understand our space and managed to translate our vague list of criteria into a functional, beautiful reality in each room. While we gave him free reign on the design, the process remained collaborative. Visiting the showroom to refine finishes and choose appliances allowed us to input into a design we felt reflected our tastes and vision yet allowed us to benefit from their professional expertise and experience. The cabinetry is handmade in their own workshop and is, therefore, bespoke and well made. The installation was seamless, on time and to budget, benefitting from having an experienced fitter who is employed directly by the company. Every member of the team has been friendly and professional. Jack stayed in touch throughout each build to ensure everything went as planned and also coordinated with a local flooring company we had chosen. Our rooms have been completely transformed into spaces we use more and love being in. Thank you to everyone that played a part in the process. Great British Kitchens and Interiors remodeled our utility room as well as replaced the refrigerator/freezer in our kitchen. The quality of craftsmanship is superb! The product turned out better than the graphic depictions prior to the start of the project. What was most impressive was the timeliness of their work. It was exactly as promised even though we were overseas and not physically present to chase them. Truly impressive! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jack and his crew are the epitome of excellence!! Very highly recommended!!

The GBK guys did a fantastic job. Very well managed by Lee in the planning phase with Bill doing a flawless install. Would highly recommend if you are after a very high quality kitchen.

Great service from start to finish - Vince and Jack were so helpful in understanding our requirements and designing a kitchen which we continue to love. They were very patient with us whilst we made our decisions and worked around our build programme and its changing goal posts. Thank you Great British Kitchens for designing, making & fitting the most beautiful kitchen & utility room I could ever dream off. From the moment we stepped into your showroom in Polehill I knew I didn’t want to buy a kitchen from anywhere else. The experience of walking around each kitchen you had on display with all the unique features & designs gave us an absolute thrill. The craftsmanship & finish were of the most top quality. The personal service given by Vince & Jack is the best client service we have ever received. They were amazing and so nice. Their extensive knowledge of kitchens & appliances is off the scale and their skill of designing kitchens amazing. Nothing was too much trouble from coming to the house to measure up to talking through different handles or demonstrating the large range of hobs & appliances. Vince came to the house even when our electrician was here to ensure all the sockets where in the right place. Not only that but we enjoyed our visits to see them & the endless coffees & chats we had. When we agreed on the delivery date of the kitchen & timeframe for fitting we expected it would run over but there were no delays. The fitter & the kitchen arrived on the exact date and was completed within the three weeks given by Vince. Jeremy our kitchen fitter was amazing. So pleased to have someone who cared so much about doing a good job and getting everything just right even down to how the handles were fitted. The finish is perfection true craftsmanship & nothing was too much trouble. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen which definitely has the wow factor. It has changed our lives as not only does it look beautiful but it is also massively practical & just a joy to be in. It the heart of the home where we loved to be as family.
