Most fantastic bathroom company in the business. We’ve been looking for over 10 years which is ridiculous but could never make our mind up. The fact they can put it all on screen for you sold it to us. The customer service was second to none and then the plumbers came, the most fabulous pair of boys our George and Luke none stop work to perfection. But what was better was they helped to advise us on how to make it look better than we had ever imagined. Can’t wait to get the next bathroom to be done by this fantastic company! Money well spent!

We used Hallam Interiors for a full bathroom overhaul in 2024 and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication was always prompt, they genuinely listened to what we wanted, and their suggestions and guidance were incredibly helpful when we needed a bit of direction. The installation process was smooth and well organised, and the end result was a stunning transformation completed to a very high standard of workmanship. The photos speak for themselves - We truly adore our bathroom. Two years later, when we wanted a few things updated and checked over, we contacted Hallam again and they were fantastic. They responded quickly, liaised directly with the manufacturers on our behalf (even securing improved warranty arrangements), sourced the necessary parts and came out to resolve everything efficiently. The level of aftercare and professionalism was outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased and will absolutely be looking to Hallam first when we come to update our kitchen and other rooms in the future. Highly recommended.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received while having my new bathroom fitted. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Every detail was completed to a high standard, and the workmanship is outstanding. Communication throughout the project was clear and friendly, and the installers Ben and Alfie showed real care and respect for my home. The final result has exceeded my expectations — the bathroom looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and feels like a real upgrade to my home. From start to finish this company has been amazing! We had a full bathroom refurbishment and could not be happier with the finished product. The design process was easy and Shay offered sound advice regarding what would work and what wouldn’t making sure my expectations were realistic throughout. It is by no means a big space but we managed to fit in everything we wanted and the workmanship is to a really high standard. George and Luke worked so hard on the install, polite and friendly throughout and checked in with us to make sure we were happy at each step. I recently tasked Hallam Interiors to completely remodel my small, basic & very boring old bathroom. I found them on Facebook & after watching a video which offered ‘first class service, quality, guaranteed products & workmanship’ I thought there was no harm in ‘getting a quote’. Any initial concerns I had about what would probably be a hefty outlay, was immediately allayed once I visited their showroom in Hucknall, Nottingham. I could see from the get-go that they were a serious & very professional outfit. They have clearly gone to a phenomenal amount of trouble & care to present their range of products & the skills involved to go that extra mile, that go in to changing our homes at an exceptional level. We signed up there & then, now very confident that what they promised on Facebook would be delivered in our home. We got a date in the diary for the scheduled work & a pre-work design meeting, when we were to choose every little detail, & we were guided efficiently throughout this process. We were given assurance & guarantees all along, not only of each of the products used, but the work carried out too. As we would have predicted, the cost of buying the items required to do your job needed to be paid upfront, but no money is paid out for the work carried out, until you are happy & satisfied on completion of your project. They work in a very transparent, upfront & professional manner & we are now at the end of our transformation, which we are so unbelievably happy with. I have my dream bathroom, that has gone from an idea in my head to reality in my house. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their ethos & ethics are commendable & they can be wholly relied upon to deliver the highest level of craftsmanship & skills. The entire team at every stage & level were just remarkable, especially Shay, Kieran, Ben, Danny & Alfie, to name but a few. I am nothing to do with Hallam Interiors for those curious!
