We cannot recommend Hallmark Kitchen Designs highly enough. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and the whole experience from start to finish. From the biggest decisions right through to the smallest details, nothing was ever too much trouble. There were redesigns, rewrites and lots of discussions, including going back to the original design because we realised we loved it best! Throughout the whole process, we always felt that our wishes were at the centre of every decision. What really stood out was that Lawrence didn’t just listen to what we said, he truly understood what we were trying to achieve. Lawrence’s suggestions and expertise took our ideas and made them even better, adding thoughtful touches and improvements that we would never have considered ourselves. The attention to detail, patience, creativity and genuine care made the whole process such a positive experience. We now have a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also works perfectly for us and our home. Thank you, Lawrence, for turning our ideas into something even better than we imagined. Celebrity Kitchen Installation If there were such a thing as a celebrity concierge service for kitchen design and installation, Hallmark Kitchens would be it. The journey began at their Parley studio, which is a destination in itself. The warm, homely setting perfectly showcases the difference that thoughtful design, quality materials and expert craftsmanship can make. Working with Lawrence was creative, collaborative and genuinely fun. He listened carefully to our needs, respected our budget and introduced innovative design ideas that transformed our thinking about the space. In particular, the pull-out bar and roller-shutter tambour door have revolutionised both the aesthetics and practicality of our kitchen. He also managed to incorporate a last minute request for a porthole! Remarkably, the final design came in at less than a quote we had received from a competitor. Before installation began, we had a detailed consultation with Chris, who immediately inspired confidence. He set up a WhatsApp group so that, in the weeks leading up to the project, we built genuine rapport and, most importantly, trust. His project management was exemplary. We received a detailed schedule of works, precise timings for any disruption, and clear communication throughout, allowing us to plan around the work with confidence. Given the scale of the project, we were astonished by how minimally invasive the installation felt. Coordinating deliveries, electricians, plumbers and fitters can often be the most stressful aspect of a kitchen renovation, but Chris seamlessly took ownership of everything. The burden simply never fell on us. At the end of each day, the site was left spotlessly clean, with tools and appliances positioned thoughtfully so we could continue our day-to-day lives with minimal inconvenience. Living in a top-floor apartment, we were particularly concerned about disturbing our neighbours. However, several residents in the building commented on how polite, considerate and respectful Chris and the installation team were throughout. Lawrence and Chris are the dream team. Together they deliver a product and service that far exceed Hallmark Kitchens' brand promise. From the first design conversation to the final installation, the entire experience felt like travelling first class—professional, attentive and with nothing ever seeming too much trouble. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Hallmark Kitchens without hesitation.

From the word go, and right throughout the process, Abbey offered a superior personal service and excellent design skills. She tailored a design of a stunning kitchen that suited our needs and preferences and included innovative ideas. Abbey was an excellent communicator throughout the process. We are now extremely pleased to be enjoying a beautiful, very high quality and functional kitchen. Their kitchen displays are absolutely stunning and provide wonderful inspiration – in fact, my mum was so impressed by the main display kitchen that she chose the exact same one on the spot, for her own home! Ian and Matt are not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely care about getting every detail right. Their understanding of how a kitchen needs to function in day to day life, is exceptional. They guided us through everything, from the obvious choices down to the little things we might have overlooked, ensuring we ended up with a kitchen that works perfectly for our family. The price - well it was by far the most reasonable price we had obtained having met with 3 other Kitchen Bands prior. We were so fortunate to have been told about Hallmark and once we had met them, we didn't look back. Their suggestions were invaluable. The sink incinerator they recommended has been an absolute game changer – no more dealing with sloppy food waste bins. The pantry cupboard is such a dream that my brother opens it every time he visits just because he loves it so much! We’ve had countless compliments on how stunning the kitchen looks. What really sets Ian and Matt apart is how they made us feel throughout the process. They spent as much time with us as we needed, never rushing us, and made regular site visits to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. As family men themselves, they understood what we needed from our kitchen, and we genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. Hallmark Kitchen Designs is a fantastic business run by two wonderful people with an exceptional team alongside them. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream kitchen.

Our kitchen/dining room is a long and narrow space, with an awkward separation but Lawrence at Hallmark Kitchen Designs has done an amazing job of fitting in absolutely everything that we wanted. From a larder cupboard, Quooker and a washing machine, to plenty of worktop space and cupboards that extend all the way up to the ceiling, it’s perfectly tailored to our lives. Though I have to say, the stand-out feature is the media centre, which perfectly compliments the beautifully crafted kitchen units. Throughout the process Lawrence has been able to interpet our ideas and deliver them through detailed plans and visual representations. This bespoke, high quality level of service continued throughout the design and installation process, which in my view sets Hallmark Kitchens apart from their high street competitors. We knew what we wanted and Lawrence went out of his way to achieve this stunning design. We love it!
