We cannot recommend Hallmark Kitchen Designs highly enough. From the moment we walked into their showroom, we knew we were in expert hands. Their kitchen displays are absolutely stunning and provide wonderful inspiration – in fact, my mum was so impressed by the main display kitchen that she chose the exact same one on the spot, for her own home! Ian and Matt are not only incredibly knowledgeable but genuinely care about getting every detail right. Their understanding of how a kitchen needs to function in day to day life, is exceptional. They guided us through everything, from the obvious choices down to the little things we might have overlooked, ensuring we ended up with a kitchen that works perfectly for our family. The price - well it was by far the most reasonable price we had obtained having met with 3 other Kitchen Bands prior. We were so fortunate to have been told about Hallmark and once we had met them, we didn't look back. Their suggestions were invaluable. The sink incinerator they recommended has been an absolute game changer – no more dealing with sloppy food waste bins. The pantry cupboard is such a dream that my brother opens it every time he visits just because he loves it so much! We’ve had countless compliments on how stunning the kitchen looks. What really sets Ian and Matt apart is how they made us feel throughout the process. They spent as much time with us as we needed, never rushing us, and made regular site visits to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. As family men themselves, they understood what we needed from our kitchen, and we genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. Hallmark Kitchen Designs is a fantastic business run by two wonderful people with an exceptional team alongside them. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream kitchen.

Our kitchen/dining room is a long and narrow space, with an awkward separation but Lawrence at Hallmark Kitchen Designs has done an amazing job of fitting in absolutely everything that we wanted. From a larder cupboard, Quooker and a washing machine, to plenty of worktop space and cupboards that extend all the way up to the ceiling, it’s perfectly tailored to our lives. Though I have to say, the stand-out feature is the media centre, which perfectly compliments the beautifully crafted kitchen units. Throughout the process Lawrence has been able to interpet our ideas and deliver them through detailed plans and visual representations. This bespoke, high quality level of service continued throughout the design and installation process, which in my view sets Hallmark Kitchens apart from their high street competitors. We knew what we wanted and Lawrence went out of his way to achieve this stunning design. We love it!

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen, and we’re so glad we chose Hallmark. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and attentive to our vision. What really set them apart was their ability to deliver on a bespoke kitchen island design that other companies told us wasn’t possible. They listened carefully to what we wanted and made it happen. Being a smaller company, they offered a level of personal service and attention to detail that’s hard to find these days. Their craftsmanship is second to none and their fitting team where excellent. Selecting a new kitchen can be quite daunting as there’s so much detail to consider and our fit out needed to work around the remodelling of our house so timings and budget were also key considerations for us. When we visited Hallmark we felt like a weight had been taken off our shoulders as you immediately get a sense of quality when you step through the door of their showroom and from the outset Lawrence was very helpful and professional, guiding us through the options and quickly providing us with excellent drawings and a detailed build schedule . The build went really well and communication between us , Hallmark and the various contractors ensured everything went to plan. Inevitably there’s going an element of snagging to attend to (eg incorrect parts delivered) but Hallmark were immediately on the case and re-ordered whatever parts needed replacing without question. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Hallmark Kitchens to family, friends or anyone who’s considering a new kitchen .

During our visit to the showroom, Ian listened carefully to our requirements and worked with us to design the perfect kitchen within our budget. The overall project, as part of a house extension, was complicated, and this created one or 2 challenges. Ian went out of his way to visit us to help resolve the problems and provided an exceptional customer experience during a stressful time. The result is a wonderful kitchen for which we have received so many compliments. I would without hesitation recommend Hallmark Kitchens to anyone looking to design and install a new kitchen.
