I used Hamptons to renovate 4 bathrooms and an office. From the design stage, right through to sign off and snagging - they were excellent! They have excellent craftsmen, who they organise and co-ordinate throughout the project. Ensuring they turn up on time, are clean and tidy around your house. For me this was the biggest benefit. It's hassle free and you only have to deal with one project manager, who keeps you informed and who you can get hold of at any time. Thank you Tracy!

We chose Hampton to carry out our garage conversion, enabling us to create a utility room and a much larger kitchen. Inevitably, this turned into an involved and lengthy project but at all times the support from Hampton was excellent. The construction team were very helpful and paid great attention to detail so that things were ready for the kitchen installation. Which leads us to the exciting part of the project, seeing our new rooms come to life! The kitchen design process was smooth, enjoyable and the end result delivered the kitchen we had dreamt of. The installation was expertly carried out, again with great attention to detail right to the end. Pulling the project together would have been stressful for us but with the project team managing everything for us we were safe in the knowledge that it was being looked after and we always had a reliable point of contact if we needed to ask anything. We had quite a lot of work done on our house last year Everyone we dealt with at Hamptons was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. All the contractors that worked on the house were obviously experts in their own field and had exceptionally high standards of workmanship. There were a couple of issues inevitably, as there was a lot of work going on, it is naïve to think everything is always going to run to plan but a contractor should be judged on how issues are dealt with. Hamptons never tried to shirk responsibility, they always found solutions, and we never felt uncomfortable in our home. We never felt that a subpar job was going to be done or that we were going to be overcharged for anything. We had faith throughout the process that the finished result was going to be as amazing as it is and completed to an exceptionally high standard. We have had so many compliments on our kitchen. We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons. They were not the cheapest quote we had but I feel their prices are honest and broken down clearly so you can make an informed decision and know exactly what you are paying for from the start. Some contractors will give you a low quote that is then added to as you go and have no choice but to continue and pay. This was not the case with Hamptons. Everything was project managed by them from start to finish. There are many people to thank and I wouldn’t want to miss anyone out but I would particularly like to thank Laurie whose knowledge, demeanour and attention to detail is an asset to Hamptons.

We would highly recommend Hampton, we used the team for a build, internal changes, flooring, kitchen and doors/windows. It wasn't a simple job due to the piling required, from the pre-build, the building, fitting teams and all the bits between, gas, electrical, flooring and painting teams etc have been great to deal with. They are a team that knows what to do, need little to no input and get on with a great job. Now I need to look at the rest of the house to get it up to the same level.
