I had a washing machine leak in my Utility room which damaged a couple of Plinths which I needed replacing with something similar and cut to size. I popped into this company to see if they could do it, I appreciate it's only a small job but they said they would. For 5 weeks I rang and was told it would be ready at the end of each week and I got told the same thing each time. I rang yesterday and the guy said he'd check and ring me straight back but I never got the call. In my opinion customer service is everything and I'd like to know that if I was spending a lot of money with a company that the quality of product and service would be as expected. The way my request was dealt with, or in this case not dealt with, wouldn't give me any confidence putting a job with these people !!
