We could have never imagined that going through the process of designing a kitchen could be so fun! Charlotte has been incredible throughout - kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute super star. From the initial design appointments, through to agreeing the plans with a nice cup of tea - everything was perfect. And as an absolute bonus, there was often a puppy to cuddle/melt your heart!

Our experience with Harvey Jones was excellent from start to finish. We experienced an exceptional level of service, particularly from our designer, Charlotte Dubery. Charlotte was incredibly professional and quickly understood our needs. Her advice and suggestions were so helpful when talking through the plans with us and she made the whole process feel relaxed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Harvey Jones to anyone looking for an excellent product and level of service.

From the moment we first visited the Hove Harvey Jones showroom, we were impressed with the solidity and quality craftsmanship of the cabinets but also the design skills and artistic sensibility of Wayne Ashman, who worked with us as kitchen designer. Wayne worked closely with us on all details of the design, ordering and delivery and he and Zaynah Al-Shamkhani managed the process with professionalism, grace and good humour. We love our new kitchen: its elegant design feels amazingly spacious and relaxing. We are impressed with the high quality of the cabinets, and greatly appreciated Tim Joy's excellent, careful installation and Brent Halls' meticulous approach and superb skill in painting the cabinets.

We had excellent service from Harvey Jones and particularly from our designer, Wayne Ashman. He spent a great deal of time listening to our needs and talking over the plans with us. The final design has now been fitted and looks great. We were equally very pleased with the fitting service and with the painting of the cabinets. Wayne was helpful throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

We are delighted with our Harvey Jones kitchen. It's a high quality product matched by an equally high quality of service. Wayne, our designer put in time, effort and above all interest to come up with the perfect solution to match our needs.....and the fitter and painter were equally skilled craftsmen with superb attention to detail.
