Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding! That’s our summary of the experience of working with Rhian and Anamarie at the Worcester showroom to design and fit our HJ kitchen - after 20 years of hoping! We worked with Rhian in Worcester to design a kitchen to be fitted in Devon in our new home which we moved into in the pandemic lockdown. None of these obstacles got in the way of Rhian’s relentless vision of pure and good-to -live-with design - matched only by Ana’s attention to project management detail. The HJ cabinets and consistently strong partner product recommendations speak for themselves. But the result of what happens when you put talent and flair of Rhian and Ana alongside your own hopes for a dream kitchen are an utter joy. The design and features of our kitchen work so well for us, all day, every day - and then offer us the entertaining and hosting space we need to welcome friends and family to share with us living our dream on the coast in Devon.

Beautiful, top quality kitchens. The cabinetry is superb and design details are second to none. Rhian was excellent at helping us to design our dream kitchen and my endless “tweaks” were never a problem. She came up with lots of different ideas to eventually deliver a design that was perfect. We could not fault her expertise and professionalism, a real asset to the team. Anamaria was also great at finalising our appliances and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a really friendly, approachable and professional team and we would highly recommend them.

We had two designs we liked, one of which caught us off guard. At first we thought it couldn't work, but the more we looked at it, the more we realized it gave us everything we wanted and more. Rhian was very understanding to our needs and likes, and to see her design become a fully functional working kitchen, that is also beautiful, is testament to her foresight and knowledge. Having a new kitchen is stressful enough, trusting someone to change how you see it, and how you want it, is even harder. We are glad we put our trust in the design and over the moon with the end product. Choosing the colour of your kitchen is also not an easy process. The fact that the kitchen is painted after install, helps in getting the right shade for your own room ambience. We would not hesitate in recommending Harvey Jones. I rarely write reviews but I could not let the fantastic service we have received from Harvey Jones Worcester go unnoticed. From our initial pop in and meeting with Rhian through to our sit down planning meeting; we felt that Rhian's knowledge was second to none. We have visited three retailers to choose our new kitchen and the other two were both 'order takers' who simply planned our kitchen as simply as possible and to the design vision I had personally. Rhian took the time to look at the space that we had and maximise the flow through and storage within that space and made me look at the design differently and with a fresh pair of eyes and we are delighted with her ideas. I could not recommend highly enough to anyone looking for a new kitchen within the Worcestershire area and feel that you will be in safe hands from design through to fitting. We had a great experience when visiting the Harvey Jones showroom recently in Worcester. Rhian was extremely helpful in taking all of ideas together with the blank space to create a kitchen design that made the most of our new extension. We are very grateful for her time, patience and focus on detail that has helped us get the best result.
