Our new kitchen is now my favourite room in our house. We wouldn't have got here without Sarah, Alex, Lee and the team at Herbert Williams. Alex has wonderful creative instincts, an expert eye for detail and had endless patiences as I debated and tweaked the design until the very last minute. In truth, if we had just gone with her original suggested plan I suspect we would have been just as happy. Everything from the quality of the kitchen to the friendliness and proffessionalism of the team (and their services providers) made a potentially very stressful summer easier than expected. My only grumble might have been having to wait a bit longer for the installation but it turned out to be well worth it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Herbert William were excellent. Having approached a few kitchen designers we selected HW because they not only had excellent creative design concepts but were willing to properly work with us in the design process as we wanted to have a strong influence. They even joined us when researching worktops at wholesale suppliers in London. In addition, HW consider the practical implications of the project throughout and influence the proposed design decisions resulting in an efficient delivery. The project did not exceed the original budget. Alice and Lee were professional throughout, as were their wider team who were tidy and accurate (especially the joinery with excellent attention to detail). We are delighted with the end product.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Alice and the Herbert William team enough. From start to finish Alice made the whole kitchen design process feel genuinely enjoyable and completely stress-free which, during a full self-build, is no small thing. We changed our minds on multiple elements along the way, and Alice was always happy to adapt, tweak and revisit things without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. Her communication was brilliant throughout, she kept in touch regularly and was always there whenever we needed advice or reassurance. During the build we were hit with an unexpected bill, Alice went above and beyond to help us find ways to reduce costs without compromising the overall design. She handled everything for us, which took a huge weight off our shoulders at a time when we really needed it. Not to forget Ryan the kitchen fitter who has been amazing too, his attention to detail is unmatched and again was understanding through the building process so we have him to thank also! Having Alice and Ryan made such a difference to how enjoyable it was, and we’re so grateful to have had her guiding us through such an important part of our home!! In 2017 Herbert William designed and installed a new kitchen and utility room in a new build. They liaised closely with the main contractors and sorted every minor detail. They gave us excellent planning advice with photo realistic presentations and detailed costings. We were absolutely delighted with the result which was good value and has worn well over 8 years use, Recently an electrical power box developed a fault and Herbert William responded the next day with arranging for a spare part to be despatched free of charge within 24 hrs. if you are looking for good service at a fair and competitive price I would highly recommend Herbert William.

Herbert Williams fitted a beautiful kitchen for us. We had ideas for what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, but they put those rough ideas into a clear plan that was within budget and executed it brilliantly. What’s more we didn’t just want a new kitchen, we wanted a wall taken down to make it a kitchen diner, we wanted more light - so they changed a dark single door for double doors. All the works were scheduled and we were given a timetable so we knew who were coming and when - builders, electricians, plumbers and kitchen fitters etc. All of the trades were seamlessly scheduled so the works were done asap and everyone they employed were highly skilled and friendly. On top of that we could message Alice and Lee at any time if we had any questions, concerns etc. It’s never fun having building works done, but this was the most painless works we have experienced and we’ve had our vision realised in a classy, spacious and practical kitchen diner.
