Do not even consider buying from this company. After nearly a year of excuse after excuse and having paid £6.5k, work was not done and goods were not received. Credit Card Company had to step in and refund us. Move past this organisation as fast as you can!

Just don't. Use every other place you can find. Took him close to 7 month to install a shower. Never shows up and left me without a shower for 4 weeks.

While I was initially happy with the installation, a few problems presented themselves around two and four months after completion and after a number of requests to get someone back to look at and rectify the problems, it became obvious that they did not care at all. They had my money and were not at all interested in my problems. I will never use this company again (now known as Porcelanosa) and would recommend others to steer clear of them as well. I am happy to report that since my review, the company has contacted me and sent a representative to look at the two problems I was concerned about. The first was a pre-existing problem that had nothing to do with my new installation and the second has been attended to temporarily until a more permanent solution can be found in the New Year. After all the hassle, it would appear that this company does indeed have their customer's interests at heart.
