Ripping off pensioners taking their money and not delivering…. A year with not even a half finished bathroom Buyer beware look at company house

While I was initially happy with the installation, a few problems presented themselves around two and four months after completion and after a number of requests to get someone back to look at and rectify the problems, it became obvious that they did not care at all. They had my money and were not at all interested in my problems. I will never use this company again (now known as Porcelanosa) and would recommend others to steer clear of them as well. I am happy to report that since my review, the company has contacted me and sent a representative to look at the two problems I was concerned about. The first was a pre-existing problem that had nothing to do with my new installation and the second has been attended to temporarily until a more permanent solution can be found in the New Year. After all the hassle, it would appear that this company does indeed have their customer's interests at heart.

We were looking at replacement sinks, and went to most the kitchen places in Inverness to see what was on offer. Most were quite dismissive when they realised we were not about to have a 20k re-fit, and just gave us catalogues to look at. Apart from JBN. They could not have been more helpful
