Excellent customer service from start to finish. We are delighted with our kitchen and would recommend holmefields to everyone. Our fitter Scott was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

We have been so impressed by Holmfields from the first contact to last. Initially Paul came out to meet with us and hear what we were hoping to do, and the key element was that he listened. No hard sell just lots of questions about what we liked about the existing design and what we didn’t and what we wanted in the new design. His help and experience was superb and the design he produced really helped us to visualise the final kitchen. He was also incredibly patient with our constant changes and tweaking until we had a final design. From there Scott & Clarke took over the planning and preparation including liaising with the builder Glen at Buildright so that we started bang on time. The fitter Scott was superb, a proper craftsmen, very respectful of being in our home and a pleasure to deal with. The final stages of a snagging on a few minor tweaks was seamless and the service throughout was perfect. The quality of the kitchen, appliances, and finish is exceptional and without doubt great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holmfields to anyone looking for a kitchen design and fit.

From first walking into your showroom and meeting Pete immediately put me at ease.  He listened to what I wanted and planned accordingly. The design was amazing and went above and beyond to sort things out, making adjustments so I could keep within my budget and giving great advice throughout. I was provided with a schedule of work which was kept too and the organisation of it all was second to none. All  the workmen that came to my house were very polite and friendly and all brought their own expertise, nothing was too much trouble for any one of them and the communication was excellent from start to finish. I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful experience and totally stress free and am thoroughly thrilled to bits with my new kitchen. This is the second kitchen we have purchased from Holmfields. As soon as we moved into our new home we knew we would go back to this company, and more specifically to Pete. The level of customer service he offers is second to none and he is a huge asset to the team. Although smaller than our first kitchen due to downsizing, it is absolutely perfectly formed and we are so happy with it. This time we also used Holmfields to rip out the old kitchen, remove tiles, re-plaster and complete the plumbing and electrics in addition to the fitting of the kitchen itself and sorting out the quartz worktops. The initial timeframe quoted was stuck to and we were kept informed every step of the way. It’s now a beautiful space that we are very proud of. You get what you pay for. We first came across Holmfields because our original kitchen was fitted by them when the house was built over 20 years ago. The quality and durability of that kitchen had truly stood the test of time—it just needed a modern update. I even managed to sell my old kitchen…believe it or not. Paul looked after us throughout the process and was incredibly patient, never pushy, and always helpful as we refined the design over several visits. His support and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. The Holmfields installation team were fantastic — professional, organised, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We were provided with a clear project schedule outlining each stage of the work, which made everything run smoothly and on time. A big thank you to the whole team: Paul, the Salesman, Scott, the Project Manager, Scott Sibson who fitted the kitchen cabinets & appliances, Neale the electrician & his son, Dude, the plasterer (forgotten his name!), and Lewis and his brothers plus work colleagues who removed the old kitchen and later came back to finish the skirting boards and final touches. Everyone involved was professional, friendly, and took real pride in their work. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. I would recommend Holmfields if you are looking for a high end quality kitchen.
