Home Design HQ

Through the design installation all first rate and very happy until almost 4 years to the day, I have been told the warranty guarantee on my taps was never sent and this would have been for myself to send. As this was not advised and the HD-HQ installers cleared the site, leaving nothing behind as you would expect. Sadly the 15yr warranty registration card which would have been in the packaging, disposed of by the installer (which I have only become aware from the manufacture's website) while looking for the part I need replace. Also it seems parts are warranty only so I`m looking at having to buy a £400 ish tap in a colour I cannot use just to get a valve housing "Rough" After visiting HD-HQ early today as I cannot buy direct from the manufacturer, identified the part, and called just a few minutes ago, to told the guarantee WILL NOT BE HONORED but we do now make a point of mentioning this to our customers. WHICH IS A CLEAR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THIS AS NOT DONE IN THE PAST, but I`m still left up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Note to all when HD-HQ says we`ll sort everything it is not the case.

We recently revamped our kitchen consisting of doors , plinths , work surfaces ? Back boards , the doors are great quality solid Doors , not your average chipboard from start to finish from coming to my home taking time to measure all the products we needed , it was bang on , nothing is too much trouble wouldn’t go anywhere else we would highly recommend this company every time , thankyou home design from Hazel & andrew

AVOID Got my kitchen done from these guys, draw came loose off the hinges, rang the place up and confirmed they will come and fix but never did so. Poor after sales service.

Home design HQ designed us a kitchen exactly the way we wanted it and offered us great advice which even saved us money! They were originally recommended by our builder too which made everything so easy! ** it may seem 'standard' that a kitchen designer designed a kitchen exactly how we wanted it but these guys were the third place to design us a kitchen and the first two didn't seem to have even listened to what we wanted. I wish we'd found our builder and these guys sooner! 5*

I have been saving for years to be able to afford my dream kitchen. I finally made the decision to get it done. After weeks of visiting several showrooms I chose Home design HQ. They was absolutely amazing! from start to finish I never felt overwhelmed or unknowing about what was going on. Nasa there Kitchen designer talked me throe everything and gave me and my wife several options to fit our tight budget. 2 weeks after the plans was sent to us we was having our kitchen installed. flawless 10/10 would recommend. so happy! think our next project is the bathroom and we will definitely be returning!
