I found Horizon Kitchens on ‘Which’ Trusted trader. I chose this company in January 2020 because the make their own kitchens and it’s all made to measure. I had some specific requirements that other companies could not/would not accommodate! We visited their showroom and the advise we got was excellent. Rob came to the house to measure up etc and then came back to show us his design, which was perfect. I trusted them enough to give them my house keys, so they could fit the new kitchen while I was on holiday. The kitchen looks beautiful and the whole job has gone so smoothly. Well worth every penny but not overly expensive. I love my new kitchen, a massive thank you To Rob and the team.

Horizon designed and fitted a new Kitchen for us in March 2021. Thoroughly professional and excellent quality. Based on what I experienced I have since had a new home office fitted by the same guys. Same result. I would definitely use them again.

Just recently had a major kitchen renovation including knocking a wall down to extend existing kitchen into original dining room. Horizon kitchens produced a design which has transformed this new space into a wonderful kitchen with an island. At the same time as constructing the kitchen Horizon also made units to transform our converted double garage. Nothing was too much for Horizon. All units were made to measure and therefore utilising all the space in a very attractive way. Exceptional quality relating to the units, professionalism of the team who make and fit the units and all the assessories required. Having sought several quotes, Horizon was very competitive. I can highly recommend Horizon not just for kitchens but for any type of bespoke units to make your home a pleasure to live in.

Just had a new kitchen fitted by Horizon and my wife and I are very, very happy. We have experienced great service, a great finished product and a great overall experience. Thats the short version. The long version now follows. We started our kitchen buying journey more than five months ago and visited the usual suspects in Chelmsford - Wren's tried the hard sell and we eventually had to walk out; Howdens didn't want to engage as they 'only deal with the trade'; Magnets seemed not to understand what we were looking for and Wickes had just shut down. We were getting very dispirited with how difficult it seemed to be to get a good quality kitchen built from a good supplier until a friend mentioned Horizon who had fitted a kitchen several years ago to one of his family members and the report was glowing. So a quick call with Rob at Horizon convinced us to visit him in his Baddow show room. As well as new units we also needed an internal wall to be moved and much needed advice as to what lighting and appliances to invest in. Rob visited a few days later to measure up and we had a detailed quote within 48 hours along with several options in the lighting and worktop area. We accepted the quote and work started three weeks later. We were warned by friends and family that it can be stressful to have a new kitchen fitted and were prepared for several days of take aways and no facilities to wash dishes and clothes. But apart from the odd half day during the installation Rob and his guys ensured that the inconvenience of water and power being switched off was kept to a minimum and always let us know well in advance of when these facilities needed to be turned off. 7 days later we had a brand new kitchen that had a repositioned wall, new lighting throughout and all appliances fully working.When it all added up we were there or thereabouts on expenditure compared to the other quotes we had originally received (and no idea who would have fitted) but we have the added advantage that all of our units have been bespoke made at Horizon's workshop and the belief that Horizon will be there if we have any problems. We have since heard of some horror stories of poor workmanship and poor aftersales service that the big nationals seem to be guilty off. Above all else we have received superb service that has turned a major home improvement event that we were dreading into a refreshing and pleasurable experience. We thoroughly recommend Horizon and would urge anyone who is in the market for a new kitchen to be fitted to give them a call and visit their showroom. You will find the time spent here and the advice you receive will save you the hard sell and indifferent attitude that the national companies offer as an alternative.
