8 Month Nightmare: What started out as a 3 week refit, no flooring or tiling required, turned into a very long and stressful 8 months. We decided to support local and chose Hoth as they provided a ‘complete package’, to include design, supply and professional bespoke installation. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune to be sent by Sam sub contractors Ashley and Martin from LVR Carpentry and Construction. If you would like to spend £33,269.02 and have screw holes through your doors, cupboards that don’t close, handles missing, units not attached to the wall, legs on your range not attached and locked, extractor hood that doesn't work..due to cutting corners and not following instructions ..THEN THIS IS COMPANY FOR YOU. We were supplied electricians from WMB Electrical Services Ltd (now trading as DWL Electrical Ltd). If you would like a company that leaves you with your range oven being wired into the wrong fuse box, overloading it..a cable to your island that is not installed correctly under the floor, cupboard lights that stop working after just a couple of weeks, and then not to provide any Certificates and sign off …..THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. After being ghosted by Hoth Kitchens in relation to all the unsafe electrical work, we paid a further £1020 to a qualified NIC electrician to make things safe and provide the legally required Certificates. I would like to add that the Customer Service from Hoth leaves much to be desired and has been non existent when things have gone wrong. Many of my emails have gone unanswered, even though it was Hoth’s responsibility and their sub contractors. So if you would like to be ghosted when you need help ..THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU. I have managed to save several of my friends from making the same mistake..I recommend you save yourself money and stress and run to Howdens or Wren.

Very pleased with the kitchen design that has maximised space and functionality. Quality of the cabinets and white goods is excellent and the whole collection fits very neatly together. The design process was straightforward and the fitting team was excellent throughout.

4.5 stars We had an old, outdated kitchen which was small, not a standard size and presented some challenges. We came across HOTH kitchens by chance and so glad we did. Our main request of Rich was to give us maximum storage space and improve the look of the kitchen. His design was creative and certainly met the brief. The only criticism we have is the lack of communication/delays in replying to messages at times during the process, particularly when trying to clarify a fitting date. However, the finished project was worth it. A massive thanks go to Darren and Martin who were our fitters – they were excellent from start to finish and in bringing the design to life. Their experience and professionalism were excellent.

We needed to update our kitchen cupboard doors, plinths and drawer fronts, and were pleased to see a huge range of options available at Hoth. We were able to select a style and colour that perfectly suited our existing worktops, flooring and walls (Stanton finished in Pebble). Darren and Martin made a superb job of swapping the doors, drawers and end panels over 4 days, with careful fettling where needed. The end result is just what were were hoping for, and has totally transformed the look of the room. This is a premium product with a high quality finish.
