Each person involved in the process from initial consultation with Iain, house scoping visit with Steve, product choices with Helen and the bathroom installation by Steven, was thoughtful, respectful, kind and professional. The standard to which they deliver is exceptional; the best trades people I have ever worked with! Clear communication and realistic expectations about timelines. I am over the moon with my beautiful new bathroom which is also functionally much better suited to my family’s needs. Thank you H&I!

Highly recommend Brian and the team. Rebecca is an excellent designer who has a great eye for what the customer is looking for. Very friendly and courteous to everyone. From the first meeting through to completion she is always available and visited the site regularly. Any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and a satisfactory outcome was always achieved. The installation was carried out by Brian’s team and they carried out the whole job to a high standard and, again, they were also friendly and courteous as well as being tidy at the end of each day. The quality of the kitchen and the appliances is excellent and we are more than pleased with the finished product. Happy to be used as a reference to any potential customer. Well Done to all!

Steve and the Hughes & Innes team did a fantastic job changing a very dated bathroom into a stylish shower room. The attention to detail was exceptional. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hughes and Innes helped us make our dream kitchen a reality. They were integral in helping us plan the layout and even came up with more helpful ideas than the architect! We wanted to retain and compliment the original features in our house and they were able to incorporate that and make it look amazing. Rebecca and Steve are lovely people who were very professional and communication was always easy, providing helpful direction when decisions were difficult. I also can’t recommend the team at IBI highly enough. Brian was again so helpful in the planning stages and our joiner Craig and his team were fantastic and every snag/issue that was encountered was easily problem solved. I was so glad we decided to have the whole project done through Hughes and Innes meaning it was an enjoyable process and not stressful. I would love to work with them again on a future project. Absolutely delighted with our new En-suite designed & installed by Hughes & Innes. From the minute we walked into the showroom & met Iain & then later Steve we knew we had chosen wisely. The showroom & design team are exceptionally knowledgeable & there is a fantastic array of products to choose from. They give great advice every step of the way, listening intently to what the customer wants, working together to make your vision a reality. The installation by Steven was amazingly quick & finished to the very highest of standards with attention to the smallest of detail & nothing too much trouble. We were blown away with how multi talented & phenomenally skilled Steven is & couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work…he really is a perfectionist! Our original new build En-suite has gone from generic white with run of the mill fittings to an absolute haven of sleek sophistication, which we think is stunning in every aspect & we just couldn’t be happier.
