Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, bringing a perfect balance of creativity and warmth to the project. Her style is both inspiring and welcoming — exactly what you’d hope for from a designer. She’s also extremely professional and efficient, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Her design is a full turnkey offering and she focuses on every detail right down to the art and small but key details throughout. I have been working with the lovely Annie for a few months now, making her soft furnishings for a few of her ID clients. She is such a pleasure to work with, so warm and friendly but most of all full of wonderful interior design ideas and inspiration. We are SO pleased we found Annie and Hygge and Cwtch Design Studio. Annie has done the most fabulous job on the interior design of our home in Wales. We have worked with other designers in the past and Annie really is world class. She listens, makes lots of suggestions and though very patient she has helped keep us on track. Annie has excellent contacts to help source what is needed. She is also very efficient and has a real eye for detail. Her online mock ups of the property with the furniture/colour suggested were invaluable in helping is make decisions. Annie is a joy to deal with and has a good sense of humour. Very highly recommended.

We are delighted to have engaged Hygge and Cwtch on two projects. One is still in progress however the second is now finished and we are so pleased with the results. We engaged Hygge and Cwtch to provide a complete redecoration guide to our house in London. The brief was to bring colour into our four bedroom home. Annie provided a thorough design brief that was clear and easy to comprehend for our decorators. Annie was able to do this with the photographs we provided without visiting the property and we were thrilled with the results. Because the guide was so comprehensive our decorators were able to work from it without ourselves being in the property. The decoration guide saved us so much time and effort, especially as we were not there to project manage the decoration ourselves; I would highly recommend Hygge and Cwtch to anyone.

We had never used an interior designer before so weren’t quite sure how the process would work. Annie guided us sensitively and thoughtfully and helped us have confidence in our ideas,whilst giving us plenty of new ones too! When providing the final design we never felt anything was forced onto us. It is a collaborative experience. She provides a very personal service-it’s obvious how much she invests into each project, and takes a genuine interest in the end product. We have no regrets and have already recommended her to a friend.
