IKAS Kitchens Bathroom & Interiors

We had a kitchen installed just a little over a year ago now, the units and appliances from Neff are still like new and everything is as David said it would be a year on. The installation was handled by Rob who did a great job. Very happy with every step of the process with IKAS, questions were always answered promptly and any issues we had were addressed immediately. From start to finish the team involved were very engaged and took the stress out of our journey with them.

My wife and I used IKAS in 2023. We had shopped around looking for inspiration and had several designs from other sources that just didn’t cut the mustard. We were referred to IKAS by a builder who for once didn’t try and send us down the Howden route. We visited their showroom and had the first of 3 consultations. Their design exceeded our expectations and we signed on the dotted line. It wasn’t a perfect build. We were at the back end of Covid and supply of materials was being held up. But we were always informed and kept abreast of developments. The workmen who fitted both our new kitchen and bathroom were polite, cleaned as they went and most didn’t drink tea! They were craftsmen who took pride in their work. Our house was built in 1674 and there isn’t a straight line in the place but you wouldn’t know. It has transformed how we use the property and we are still thrilled. A fantastic team.

My wife and I shopped around for a long time and was nervous trusting anyone when it came to a new kitchen, not only because it's a big investment but also we wasn't entirely sure what would work in the space we had. The staff took the time, and we went through a number of different virtual layouts on the computer which helped design a layout that was not only aesthetically pleasing but functional. We even went back and bought additional cabinets for our dining room so they match the kitchen. That was 2014 (12 years ago)! I can honestly say that this was some of the best money I ever spent, the kitchen has stood the test of time (see picture), nothing broken, dropped, hanging off, it looks and feels as good as the day it was fitted. All the quality Neff appliances are all still working well. I have recently been back in touch and they took the time and helped me greatly. If you want a high quality product that will stand the test of time, with exceptional customer service I personally recommend IKAS. Thank you.

Fabulous German Kitchen and Utility at very little price difference to lesser Wren/Howdens units. These units are excellent and made very well indeed, considering how many units we ordered there were zero faults. Put this together with IKAS design and personalised attention to detail from Craig and the team and you have a winning combination. Delivery by Bruce was great and post delivery calls were much appreciated. Absolutely recommended, if you are considering Wren/B&Q/Wickes, then visit IKAS for a chat, you'll be surprised how competitive they are! We are extremely pleased with the quality and finish.

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen from IKAS. Having had a very bad experience with Wren, I could not reccomend IKAS highly enough. Many thanks to Craig for his design and Rob for the fitting. Craig has such an eye for detail, we couldn't fault any aspect of the process. Rob was efficient, professional, and completed the job brilliantly. The quality is great and I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a kitchen to check IKAS out. In my experience, avoid the likes of Wren and the other bigger companies, they just don't provide the service and attention to detail that we have been fortunate to experience by purchasing our kitchen with IKAS. Would I use them again... most definitely, in fact they're planning our new bathroom as I type... Thanks again IKAS!
