Property Staging Excellence We recently had our property staged by Erica of Interior35, and couldn’t be happier. Erica and her right hand man Euan were professional, attentive and worked tirelessly to make our property look fabulous for the market. They transformed our space, enhancing its strengths. The furniture additions were stylish and complimented the house perfectly. Not overdone and cluttered, just perfect. The staging significantly increased the appeal of our property, leading to a quick sale just week after being on the market. Erica also went above and beyond to assist us when we were moving and needed a bit of extra help. Bittersweet that we met these amazing people after we decided to relocate but forever grateful that our paths crossed. Thank you Erica and Euan, great teamwork.

Recently Erica visited our Edwardian home. We were seeking advice on brightening dark rooms, selecting flooring, and layout options for a small bathroom. She gave lots of great advice on colours, fabrics, and materials and where to source items both locally and online. She suggested tiling the hallway and recommended an amazing local tile shop I didn't even know existed and they have been very helpful. Erica's help has turned projects which seemed overwhelming and time consuming into projects we are now very excited to start. I would highly recommend INTERIOR35!

Erica and her team were a great help to me when I bought the Cluny Bank Hotel. I knew what I wanted, but I didn’t know how to get there, nor did I have the time to source one-off pieces, or wait for that special bargain. It was the best feeling to pass all of that on and know my wishes would be heard and ideas valued. We have used Interior 35 for two major projects, and we are about to embark on a third, such is the confidence I have in the skill of the staff at Interior35 to give me the wow factor my guests really want to see at Cluny Bank. In 2020 we bought a house built in 1960 which needed complete renovation, feeling a little overwhelmed my friend suggested asking Erica at Interior 35 for help. Erica has held my hand the whole way through this project. She has advised on sourcing curtain fabric, carpet,tile and paint colours and lamp shade suppliers such as Lucy Wagtail. A lot of her suggestions have helped me save money due to her contacts. Once each room was finished she helped advise on placement of our existing furniture, paintings, mirrors etc. She has helped our house feel smart and stylish and injected lots of fun into the project.
