Invent Homes Bolton (Bathrooms Kitchens & Tiles)

From the moment I contacted Invent Homes they immediately contacted me back and I had a gentleman around my house taking a look around my bathroom and giving out generine advice on how to look at things that would give me what I needed and what would in the future a valuable asset. Then from the moment I walked into the Invent Homes store I was definitely convinced that I had chosen the right people to help me finally have a bathroom that I would be happy to use and would not be embarrassed if there would be an family or friends around to see what I would describe as the previous bathroom was awful but instead proud that I could lift my head up instead. When the work began the fitter was always on time and worked hard to a very professional standard never once leaving any marks or scratches, and when needed asked if I needed an item to be at a specific hieight and also giving valuable advice at certain important times throughout the build. He also worked tiressly making sure that the bathroom was finished to a very professional standard that any tradesman would be proud to hand over to a client. I would definitely recommend Invent Homes even though they have never been on any tv channel they ftom the very beginning very professional, supportive and in communication via WhatsApp throughout the whole build offering advice and giving if at time the support I needed and clarification that the end result would be worthy of the wait.

Very good workmanship - tiling is beautiful. The fitter - Hamza - was very good at keeping us up to date on progress and checking with us when he had questions. There were some small issues with items we’d ordered being incorrect or missing but these were solved quickly. The job was completed within the estimated time. There had been a bit of miscommunication from the showroom staff about whether we could stay in our home while the work was done, so we only found out at the last minute that we had to move out, but we managed. Overall we are happy with the result.

The shop has two floors of displays to suit various tastes. They also have a lot of samples of flooring, tiles, etc. We booked in for a design appointment a week in advance and spent a couple of hours designing the bathroom. We were planning a complete renovation and a remodel. It was great to see it on the screen rather than imagine it. We then arranged for a follow up appointment to tweak the design and see a rendered version of the design. Owen was very patient and helpful to make suggestions and guide us through choices. Materials were delivered just in time for the fitting.

The team at Invent Bathrooms solved our problem of a shower and toilet that was too small for use to use at our new home. Bernard and Ziggy and his team sorted it out beautifully and professionally, and at a reasonable price. We are so pleased with the service we received and the result. Big thank you.

I’m not one to write reviews but I have been very impressed with how my bathroom renovation has turned out. From the moment we stepped into the Invent bathrooms showroom, Zee looked after us. He arranged an appointment to come over to measure our bathroom within days and made the whole planning process seem less daunting and as seamless as possible. He made sure to be very thorough, was very professional and friendly. He also provided advice as needed and every little detail was discussed during planning. We also used their recommended fitter Waldemar, who was also outstanding and did a brilliant job. Although he struggled to communicate in English, this was never an issue as he managed very well using Google Translate. He was very neat and tidied up after himself every night. He would let us know of every little issue he came across and would ask us to take decisions on every little detail. We love the outcome! The follow up and overall customer service from invent has been outstanding. I would not hesitate a second to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Zee and the Invent team!
