James James Kitchens

James James provided a design and supply service for us, we used our own contractors to fit the kitchen as part of a bigger build project. Julia was our designer, and we cannot praise her highly enough. She was a joy to work with, listening to our ideas and taking them on board, but also providing challenge and fresh perspective to bring new ideas that we loved. The finished design was excellent, practical, and included some architectural changes to the space to make the whole kitchen a lot more interesting. The units themselves were different from what we had seen anywhere else, which was something we were looking for. The overall customer service before, during and after the installation was outstanding, and nothing was too much trouble for Maria who always had our best interests at heart. Maria’s communication was excellent and we were always kept in the loop throughout the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James James and we would use them again if we ever need another kitchen. Many thanks!

Positive experience from start to finish . Julia was very knowledgeable during the planning & design phase , communicating well during the process , prompt replies to queries. Timings worked well for us . The kitchen and utility are exactly as we wanted and 2 years later I’m as happy as I was the day it was finished . I know that 2 people we recommended James James Kitchens to are equally as happy with their product as we are.

We had a fantastic experience working with our kitchen designers, James & James, along with Julia. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—they really took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences, and brought them to life with creative, thoughtful design suggestions. They were all incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We also really appreciated how mindful they were of our budget, always finding ways to keep costs reasonable without compromising on quality or style. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable, and talented design team!

Another wonderful experience dealing with James James Kitchens. A brilliantly executed project just like the last time we had them install our new kitchen over 26 years ago! Julia worked tirelessly to attend to all our requests from initial consultation, quotation and project tweaks to final sign off of a fabulous kitchen. Rich Storey project managed the physical installation with a great team to plan and install every item including rip-out, plastering, plumbing and electrics to our entire satisfaction. Many thanks.

From the very start of the process it felt like we’d come to the right place. They listened and gave us a number of options. They were so friendly and offered us time to decide exactly what was right for us. The fitter was brilliant, he made our kitchen come to life. The whole experience was fabulous and I would recommend James James Kitchens to everybody.
