I have had the pleasure of working with JD Kitchens providing their quartz and porcelain. worktops on their projects.
I have to say from the attention to detail from the design stage by Charlotte the in-house interior designer, to the careful project managing and installing from James and Dave.
This is a company that cares, and makes their clients kitchen dreams reality.
I would certainly recommend them.

We inherited a kitchen James and the team fitted a few years ago when we moved into our house. Had an issue with a broken controller for lighting. Although this wasn’t a big job, James was very helpful and proactive in helping us source a new controller and getting it synced to our kitchen. Great customer service

I popped into JD kitchens yesterday on a whim and I'm so pleased I did. I met with James and Charlotte - both very friendly and welcoming. I sat with them whilst I explained our project including utility room. Had a fab experience, loved the show room and designs and a delicious coffee whilst chatting through everything. Both very knowledgeable and we are very excited to start out project with them!

Lovely kitchen, but not without its problems. Wanted a fully managed project kitchen as part of recent house renovations before moving in. Obtained our quote, and the price was definitely towards the top end of what we wanted to pay. We were swayed by the reassurance that it would be fully project managed, they would liaise with the flooring company, it would be seamless. Well it most definitely wasn’t seamless, it was chaotic. The schedule bore no resemblance to what actually happened, all tradesmen were calling us rather than the kitchen company, floor fitting and kitchen fitting arranged for the same day until we suggested that might not work. Finally, 4 months after ordering, we finally have a fully working kitchen with all component parts. Communications around remedials have been suspect to say the least. Jamie was on paternity leave for part of our process which may have caused some of the breakdown in communication, but since being back, service hasn’t improved much. The fitters left our kitchen full of debris, spare screws etc, even after me asking them to sort this. They also left the utility so that it was impossible to fit a washer and dryer and we ended up having to sort that ourselves so we could move in. We do have a nice kitchen now, it was expensive, but we feel very stressed by the whole process. All other house renovations seemed to go so seamlessly, it was just the kitchen that caused the problems, and even now it’s not sorted. Most of the great reviews seem to be from 2016 / 2017. JD Kitchens changed hands in 2022 and I haven’t seen great reviews since then. I don’t make a habit of writing poor reviews but feel it’s justified in this case.

Happy to highly recommend. This was a kitchen designed by Jason, fitted on time by reliable and trustworthy workmen and was hassle free. We are delighted with the quality and any minor issues have been rectified without difficulty. You might get a cheaper kitchen but I doubt that you'll get better value. We are genuinely thrilled with the result and so highly recommend.
