We worked with the team at Jones Britain over many months, for a fully bespoke, handmade and painted kitchen for a Grade II listed building. A tricky project by any measure. Compared to other companies Jones Britain were better on design, budget and overall experience and the finished kitchen is finally the type of kitchen the house deserves. Small niggles along the way, to be expected on a complex project, but handled brilliantly and with patience and an open mind to solve the problem by Dan and the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, they give the premium big boys a run for their money. Make sure you give them a call should you be in the market for a truly handmade bespoke solution at a great value price point. Quality can be delivered at a reasonable price and Jones Britain proves it.

Dan and his team are fantastic. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Some of the initial design calls with Dan himself were on Zoom, with a shared screen - that worked perfectly. Marcin was our fitter - he's a star and the kitchen looks stunning. Dan was regularly onsite to check progress and liaise with our builders. He also managed the worktop templating and order. I would recommend the Masterclass kitchen as a good value for money range. There is also so much to see (and get a visual idea of how it will look) if you visit the Jones Britain showroom.

Jones Britain designed and fitted the kitchen, laundry, pantry and dressing room for our new build and I could not recommend them more highly. We had drawings from other kitchen companies but Dan's design was so much more creative. Dan listens and can think outside the box, producing ideas that we hadn't even imagined and yet met all our criteria and beyond. We now have a superb kitchen which is brilliant for family life and entertaining and yet is exceptionally functional and we love it - it is the heart of our home. Dan's team of fitters and painters are super efficient, tidy and work to a very high standard, all of which fits with the ethos of the company. Our latest project, the dressing room, could not be better. As before, the whole team at Jones Britain met our needs, spending time with us discussing ideas, producing great 3D CAD designs and providing us with samples. We were also able to work with the team as the project progressed. We now have a sublime yet ultra-functional space which has reached beyond our expectations. Thank you Jones Britain

We couldn’t be happier with the whole Jones Britain experience. Dan found solutions for a difficult space that no other contractor could provide as he is a proper designer, rather than salesman. Our new kitchen was bought from and installed by Jones Britain of Groombridge Kent. We quickly noticed at a very early stage that the team at Jones Britain know their stuff. Dan Stronge who runs the Company from its new showrooms in Groombridge Kent is totally focussed and can walk you through a number of the kitchen designs on show in Groombridge. Dan is ably supported by Debbie and Sofie who are on hand to offer advice, support, and guidance. From the outset the work ethic at Jones Britian was simply first class and really showed through when we met our installer Nigel who worked tirelessly in making sure we were 100% satisfied with every piece of our new kitchen installation. Nigel's commitment in giving 100% customer satisfaction was evident throughout and a credit to him and Jones Britain. Our project was completed exactly on time. The commitment and level of customer service is difficult to find nowadays but we were put at considerable ease during our first meeting with Dan Stronge Jones Britain's MD and this continued throughout the whole project. Upon completion we felt very satisfied with our new Kitchen which incidentally expanded into an addition Utility Room change.
