Choosing all the fittings was made easy in the showroom and they arrived punctually as promised. The plumber was outstanding and fitted everything perfectly, seamlessly and left everything clean and tidy.

We ordered a job and extra or fan for our kitchen from Jones and co wanting them to supply and fit. They recommended an excellent electrician and kitchen fitter and we are delighted with the results. Jones & Co were not great at keeping in touch and we never got replies to some emails. They took down our email address incorrectly too. Overall the new kitchen looks excellent.

The sales experience was exceptional, friendly team, accommodating our changing designs. We are extremely pleased with the end results of our conversion of 2 rooms made into 1, making a kitchen diner. However the process of getting to the end result could have been a lot smoother. It all started off OK but there were a few things that could have been improved ie the order of work, that being, kitchen units were fitted whilst construction work was still in progress causing builders debris inside and out the new units. We were told that they would sheet up to limit the air borne dust throughout the house however, on our return doors had been left open and there was alot of dust in every room. On our return home we were disappointed to find our living room carpet was very wet due to the fact that the radiator bleed valves had not been fully tightened, this combined with the mess throughout the house added to the stress of the whole process. When plumbing was being carried out an unnecessary hole was drilled through the external wall at the front of the house and we had to chase to get a satisfactory outcome. We were also disappointed with the amount of marks on the doors and had to have some replaced and/or patched up. That aside we love our new space we just wish the whole 7 week process had been slicker.

Wonderful service from Jones & Company from start to finish with a refit of our cloakroom. Great customer service, products and installation. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the second time we have used the company for a bathroom refit and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends.

From our first visit Matt@Jones & Co was extremely professional and very helpful. He sourced products from other suppliers and went over and above to help us get what we wanted. He always responded promptly to queries we had. I would 100% recommend Jones & Co to anyone wanting bathroom products. Excellent value and customer service.
