Overall we are extremely satisfied and love our new kitchen. Just Kitchen provided a very friendly and professional kitchen planning and installation service. Listening to are our requirements and allowing us to pick and choose the items and style we wanted. Being extremely flexible we were able to self-source items that were not available through their brochures. Once we approved the final plans, they quickly agreed and meet the delivery date an installation schedule. Having a Kitchen manufacturing team, they built our kitchen cabinets to our specifications providing maximum storage space for our kitchen space. Their installation team were freind courteous and extremely professional. Especially Raymond, who fitted the kitchen, taking care to install everything beautifully, no request was dismissed and if he could not deliver, he always suggested an alternative solution. I was making enquiries about getting a new kitchen installation. The chap I spoke to seemed to be fobbing me off almost by suggesting he was too expensive for us because he's a 'bespoke' company. He also offered more problems as answers to requests about utilising maximum storage space. Very negative portrayal and not very good business accumen in my humble opinion. Ferguson my friend I care for was still keen to go ahead but, I wasn't. First impressions and all that. We can afford to get the work done, but I choose not to engage with 'glass half empty' people. They can drain your energy.
