We had a great experience with Karl Benz from start to finish. The design and supply of our kitchen was handled with creativity and attention to detail by Izabel Avill, our designer, who was fantastic. We changed our minds several times during the process and she adjusted the design every time without hesitation she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Izzy took the time to really listen and fully understand how we use the space and what our final vision was, then translated our ideas into a kitchen that is both beautiful and practical. Her knowledge, calm approach, and eye for detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She made numerous site visits to check everything was exactly as it should be, kept us in constant contact about deliveries, and project-managed the entire process herself. The quality of the materials from Karl Benz is excellent, the design feels timeless, and the final result has exceeded our expectations. We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would happily recommend Karl Benz - but especially Izzy @izabelinteriors - to anyone looking for a high-quality, bespoke kitchen with great service.

Amazing! From start to finish Karl Benz have been fantastic. We approached them with some ideas in the first instance and Kate from KB was so professional and attentive, she really understood what we wanted to achieve and her input enhanced the design beyond our requirements. She was so patient whilst we deliberated over options and her product knowledge really helped to steer the whole project. Dean the fitter was reliable and conscientious and a pleasure to have working in our home, and Kate checked in regularly throughout the whole process to ensure the project was on track. A great experience from start to finish. Initial consultation was incredibly useful and helped us really pin down what we were after. Beyond that we were kept well informed at every point and arranging installation was flexible to fit around the other works we had going on. The installation itself was also a breeze and we couldn't be happier with the results.
