We commissioned Katie Brown Kitchens to carry out the installation of our new open plan kitchen and utility room. I must say they are one of the few companies left that go above and beyond the usual customer service levels that are commonplace these days. Right from our initial point of contact with Darci to the process being project managed with Georgie, and the final touches being handled with by Elaine we were in very safe hands. Any snags or issues we had were rectified immediately and improvements were added when Darci and Georgie attended throughout. The construction of the units are beautifully crafted and the fit and finish are top quality. They are a local company that are large enough to deliver but small enough to provide a bespoke kitchen. We are delighted with the result. Highly recommended!

I had my dream kitchen designed by Annie at Katie Browns Kitchens and I couldn't be happier with the result! Right from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Annie really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from my kitchen, listening to my ideas and transforming them into a stunning reality. And there were many ideas and redesigns! Like most people, we visited Howdens, Wren, and Magnet, but didn’t come away enthused with their designs. Annie’s designs, however, weren't just generic plans but actual representations of what my extension would look like. This attention to detail gave me the confidence to move forward with the project. Additionally, they went above and beyond by arranging for me to visit completed kitchens in people’s homes. This opportunity allowed me to see the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, ensuring I felt really confident in my purchase. It’s taken me a while to write this review due to some unfortunate circumstances and having to prioritise finding a job after being made redundant. Nonetheless, I wanted to make sure I shared my positive experience and gratitude for the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend Katie Browns Kitchen’s to anyone looking to create their dream kitchen. The combination of their professional expertise and personalised service truly set them apart! After speaking with a couple of mid/higher range kitchen companies in the area, we decided to go with Katie Browns Kitchens after our first design meeting with them. So glad that we did! We are over the moon with our kitchen! Our designer Darci was very patient in exploring different design options with us as we were planning our extension and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. (They even suggested a builder who was also amazing). There was a personal feel throughout the process, and the little touches like the well planned out butler pantry, solid oak drawers and colour matched vents on the kickboards have elevated the space and made it look and feel high end, without breaking the bank. We also used KB to design and fit matching cloakroom cupboards and alcove storage and hard wood shelving either side of the fireplace. The end result is that we have a space that works just the way we need it to and that looks fantastic. 100% Recommend using them. Thanks KB ❤️

It has been a pleasure having Darci organising and planning our utility room and seeing it through to the finished product. We are delighted with it and has been planned to make the best use of the available space. There has been a total commitment by the company to make sure we were happy with absolutely everything and we couldn't be more delighted with the finished product which is excellent quality as well as design. The pull out drawers in the cupboards help to maximise the space available as well. We feel very lucky to have come across this company and would recommend them highly.

A friend who'd recently had a Katie Brown Kitchen installed recommended them to us and we're so glad they did! Annie was fantastic with us from start to finish. She designed an amazing bespoke kitchen, surpassing our expectations of what could be achieved within the space and then offered excellent customer service throughout. The quality of the cabinets are fantastic, as are the doors and accessories. Any little snags we're sorted quickly and without quibble.
