KC Design House

Using KC Design was a very pleasant experience throughout. From the start of the design process to the completed project we were provided with an excellent and seamless service. KC provided a highly professional service without any pressure. The KC staff and all the sub-contractors were very pleasant and responsive to our requirements. They left the work area cleaned and well tidied at the end of every day of the build. We are more than satisfied with the outcome of the innovative design and its execution.

From the very first appointment at KC I was blown away by the style and quality of kitchens in their stunning showroom. The whole process of finding our new kitchen has been a pleasure. Everyone involved, from our first meeting with Richard & Tony to the builders, electrician, tiler, fitters, decorators etc has been fantastic. I highly recommend using KC’s recommended tradesmen. Such consideration was taken with regards to controlling mess/dust etc. After using the kitchen for a few weeks now, I can honestly say that the design and practicality works perfectly. A few minor issues have been quickly sorted out by Jason the project manager and we are so happy with the final result (which looks exactly like the design image!) Thanks to all at KC.

The level of service and attention to detail that we experienced with KC Design House was second to none. We approached them after we had a kitchen fire and they moved mountains to design us a new kitchen, bespoke to our requirements in a breakneck timescale. They are welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful, supportive and really listen to what you think would make the design work, down to the tinniest detail. As well as the design side they have a great team of joiners, builders, plumbers and decorators that they can bring in to project manage the installation if you need them. KC are super communicative and responsive and check back with you frequently to ensure that what they are designing is what you want in terms of style and functionality. We couldn’t have wished for a more empathic response to our situation and we are absolutely delighted with the beautiful kitchen they designed for us. It was such a pleasure working with them to create our new kitchen at such a stressful time, which for us speaks volumes about their ability to create a relationship with their clients and understand their needs. My KC kitchen is just fabulous. It has completely changed my experience of my house, lifting the kitchen/dining room into a light-filled centre. I have nothing but praise for KC’s management of the design process, fitting and result and the after-sales service is exemplary. I can’t recommend KC too highly.

Building a single storey extension, we had a completely blank canvas for KC Design House to work their magic on. The process primarily focuses on the functional needs of the customer and the aesthetics, with materials and colours coming later. The process isn't particularly quick, but where KCDH excel and what sets them apart from the rest is their attention to detail. A kitchen is a serious investment, so after it has been fitted you really do not want to be saying 'I wish that I had thought of ....'. Since our kitchen has been fitted, everything is exactly where it needs to be. Real thought has been put in to considering the flow and use of the kitchen, and it looks fantastic too Thank you KC Design House, you've helped us create a space that is a pleasure to use.
