Fantastic! Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Managed to source a specific gift from Netherton Foundry for me - when even the foundry said there were none available. Incredibly helpful and resourceful staff. And they posted it to me at cost. A level of service rarely encountered in 2025! Really impressive.

Surprisingly well stocked shop considering the size, lovely to find a proper kitchen shop that has everything you need. Lovely selection of items for the kitchen. Varying prices, if you go in just to have a look you will no doubt come back out with a new knick knack you didn't know you needed.

An excellent shop, found serendipitously. I've been looking for a flexible filleting knife, tried the usual shops and outlets without success: either the knife isn't in stock or they won't let me feel it, and the staff don't know enough about knives. But this shop was a very pleasant surprise. An excellent selection, I was able to try half a dozen, and the staff were very knowledgeable. (I've given up expecting the latter, so it was a very pleasant surprise!) I ended up buying more than I expected, because it just a pleasant experience. A minor miracle :) I expect to buy more in the future.

I visited recently to look at their selection of high-quality chef’s knives for a Christmas gift purchase, and the staff helped me make an incredibly informed decision on what to get. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions while providing great advice. I really felt like I was getting a well-rounded perspective on each product i asked about, without being encouraged to go beyond my budget. They have a massive selection of high-quality cooking equipment and utensils, with a wide price range catering to all budgets. I would highly recommend a visit for anything kitchen-related.

A small kitchen shop and packed with lovely kitcheny things. Bought a wooden pizza-peel (we were talking about buying one earlier in the day and stumbled upon the shop, after visiting the suspension bridge in Clifton). A good quality peel and could have had it etched too but decided would rather have it plain both sides. It cost me £29.
