Kitchen Craft Design Sheffield

My new kitchen from Kitchen Craft is absolutely incredible. Will and Anthony at the Sheffield showroom listened to all of my ideas and brought them to life perfectly, including creating a beautiful bespoke breakfast bar. The quality of everything is outstanding from the units and appliances to the lighting and stunning quartz worktops. The attention to detail throughout has been amazing, and I’m already completely in love with my new kitchen. Thank you so much to Will, Anthony, and the whole team at Kitchen Craft for creating such an amazing space for me.

I used this business to have a new kitchen installed in my flat which I own. This process was started during the early months of 2025 to be installed once the summer and holidays were over. The start date ended up being 27th October 2025 and completion was yesterday (24/03/2026). The units are excellent and fit the requirements I asked for. The problems were with the work surfaces, firstly the incorrect colour was ordered. Then one of the back splashes was not the correct size. Each time the order had to come from Germany and Christmas and new year happened, offices closed. Then it has been a question of fitters, plasterers, electricians being booked up, not their fault. Basically though the worst problem has been the customer service, it is dreadful, having to chase and not getting replies. I would not recommend even though, as I have said, the actual kitchen is very good and now the it is finished I pleased.

Thank you to Kitchen Craft and especially to Sophie and Duncan, the kitchen fitter, for our beautiful new kitchen. Sophie steered us through the design process taking note of all our requests, making suggestions but appreciating our choices. The final design was gorgeous and the time and attention to detail that Duncan took fitting the kitchen has completely paid off. We have a kitchen that is functional, a high quality finish and of course beautiful. We happily recommend Kitchen Craft to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We went to Kitchen Craft Design initially to have a browse at their English Kitchens - expecting them to be outside of our price range. We had quite a firm plan of what we wanted our kitchen to be - as we were drastically changing our living space to be more open plan. Anthony understood what we were doing and drew up our initial plans. He also drew alternatives plans, using his years of experience to effectively use our space to gain us an island (something we initially thought we didn't have space for) which we were extremely happy to proceed with. Anthony understood we were working within a tight budget and did his absolute best to deliver the kitchen we wanted for the price we could afford. We had an issue during the kitchen installation (we used our own fitter) which Anthony swiftly resolved without any complaints. He was always on the other end of the phone for queries during the installation. We cannot recommend Anthony & Kitchen Craft enough for the work he did for our kitchen design and staying within our budget despite some last minute changes. Many Thanks, Rob & Katherine

Excellent service from start to finish. The amount of choice and styles were unbelievable with good recommendations on bespoke splash back. We decided on the mirror finish splashback and were even advised on the style of electrical sockets to compliment the design. Advise on the appliances and the installation into the kitchen really made for a good overall result. It is the small touches of framing the units which during the design phase really impressed us. Good service from the Sheffield showroom.
