We are thrilled with the kitchen thank you. Stephen was fantastic from initial contact through design and eventually project managing the whole renovation of which the kitchen was only one element. Snags were addressed without hesitation or complaint and we would, and indeed already have, recommend KDS for kitchen or bathroom design and installation. Mark and Kate. Lymm.

Couldn’t be happier with the kitchen and associated works which Stephen planned and delivered for us. He helped us work through various design iterations over a period of time, making sure the kitchen was right for us. The kitchen cabinets are great quality with a range of options to choose from. We went for solid wood but price wise, it was highly competitive with lesser quality offerings from the high street. Professional at all times, Stephen worked through to resolve the inevitable challenges and snags of a large project involving building works, new windows, plumbing, electrics, wood burner removal, flooring and the kitchen itself. Would happily recommend his services.

From the first concept design meeting with Stephen to the final stages of installation, this kitchen has been a true collaboration of skill and imagination. The design process was thoughtful and well-led, the simple website stored all the info and design ideas seamlessly, with a great team bringing each detail to life. From moving radiators and fitting the stone work tops to installing beautifully crafted cabinets. Our own ideas and lighting needs were welcomed and seamlessly woven into the design, creating a space that feels both personal and beautifully resolved. We are over the moon with it! Although the final completion was briefly delayed, (few days only) the result is exceptional, an elegant, functional kitchen that fits the space perfectly and reflects everyone’s care and expertise. We thank Stephen and the team for bringing it all to life! Now we have to get on with the painting and cooking up some good food!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have used Stephen’s company to supply a kitchen that was promised to be premium quality and from a non branded kitchen manufacturer. I have since had the kitchen fitted with lots of unresolved issues. Stephen initially refused to refund for extra doors and end panels not needed even though it was only 5 days after delivery and unopened. He then said he would refund and gave a low amount. I have asked for an itemised price list of the kitchen he has supplied and he has not responded. The kitchen is actually from a local kitchen manufacturer called TKC that mass produce cheap, affordable kitchens which Stephen charged me over £10k for. He has said that any issues should have been reported 48hrs from receiving delivery which a joinery firm that he quoted me for and highly recommended did not. The drawers all have gaps and the pull out larder which was not the correct one that I specified was fitted wrongly and each shelf bends at 4kg. I have exerted my consumer rights and now Stephen has not responded for over 2 weeks. I would use with caution and please check TKC kitchen reviews out. The kitchens are not bespoke they are standard size and cheaply made. This is false and misleading advertising. Very unprofessional as well.

We were having a kitchen / dining room knock through but had not decided who to buy the kitchen from. We had looked around all the normal high street suppliers to get some ideas but were disappointed with the quality. Stephen was recommended to us by our builder, who had completed a few jobs with him recently. We initially booked Stephen for a free design, not really expecting too much, but when we met Stephen, he was professional, knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything. Within a few days, he had sent us a no obligation video, which showed a 3D kitchen design with a full cost breakdown. We were so impressed that we met him again and he brought samples; the quality far exceeds anything you will find on the high street and the price was reasonable too. We now have the most amazing solid wood kitchen, with quartz worktops, fitted quickly and efficiently with full communication throughout the whole process. Absolutely brilliant service, I cannot recommend this Company enough.
