We recently completed a full kitchen renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results. The project was handled with total professionalism from start to finish. Andy provided us with a clear timeline and stuck to it. He had everything very well organised and everyone turned up when they were planned to. During the works, Andy answered any questions promptly and kept us well informed throughout. All of the team who completed the various works were friendly, professional and tidy. When we decided to change our kitchen we were overwhelmed with options and deals and we decided to go with Kitchen design showroom after we seen an advertisement on Facebook from this company. Andy from the beginning was very informative and patient because I was so indecisive about what I wanted. From beginning to end we were kept informed of dates and progress etc. The showroom had plenty of choices and samples of kitchens available to us. After deciding what we wanted a date was set for installation and Gareth the kitchen installer turned up on time and was a pleasure to deal with and worked diligently and completed in the time frame that was agreed and left kitchen clean and tidy after each day. The whole process was fantastic and would highly recommend both andy and Gareth to anyone looking into buying a new kitchen. 5 stars from us.

Happy to recommend KDS in Kilroot following a complete renovation of my kitchen. Andy’s planning of the old kitchen removal and installation of the new units minimised the stress of the process. He responded promptly to any questions that I had and kept me well informed throughout. The team that carried out the various stages of the work always turned up as planned, were professional, friendly and attentive to detail. All in all, excellent service.

We’ve just had our new kitchen done by Andy at Kilroot and his Team. Andy is trustworthy, punctual, communication very good, very patient and great at troubleshooting. He’s a lovely gentleman. Everybody turns up when they should. The Kitchen cabinets are Custom made so they are more expensive than flat packs and look like they’re built to last. We got rid of our old kitchen ourselves to save some money and reuse the old cabinets in the sheds. The different trades get paid separately and a big deposit up front as the cabinets are custom to the individuals needs and wants. Andy was very understanding of our concern of parting with so much money upfront and wanting to safeguard it by paying by credit card in case the worse happened. Don’t worry though, now we know him we trust him and your in safe hands. We’re very happy with our kitchen. Found out at short notice when going to order a fridge freezer as we changed our mind about keeping the old one, that the sizes have changed. So they’re taller than 800 now so be careful if you’re getting a fitted cabinet over it like we did. But Andy and the cabinet fitter troubleshooted and it was solved. Everything fits. Thanks again Andy! Great job all round.

Professional, on time, tidy, on budget with no surprises and great attention to detail. Andy helped no end in the various iterations of our plan/layout for full kitchen replacement and new utility room units. He is a great source of knowledge and helped immensely in answering our many questions and queries along the way. All timelines met with Andy coordinating his team with no need for us to be chasing anyone up and everyone and everything turning up as expected. Great bunch of guys who done ripping out and prep work, build and electrics. Highly recommended by very happy customers.
