Kitchen Economy Ltd

Kitchen economy Broadway. Oh my daze. Very helpful and patient. Good prices too! Thankyou sooo much Tim excellent service. 5 stars!

Would highly recommend this company from the gentleman who came out on Monday to fix my washing machine and told me it was unrepairable.I went to showroom on Tuesday and the gentleman there was very helpful and I had my new machine delivered today and fitted, the gentleman were also very helpful. I will definitely be using this company again.

Myself and family members have used this shop for years, I went in there on Tuesday 7th April where I was greeted by a lovely gentleman that was really friendly and helpful, he helped me choose the best fridge freezer for my needs, I went home to discuss this with my wife and decided to go back in today Saturday 11th to purchase it. I noticed straight away that the price had increased by £50 in the few days from when I initially saw it, there was a different man behind the counter, I mentioned that the price had increased but he was quite unpleasant and shouted across the store “that’s head office, nothing to do with us” I felt he may have had a bad day or didn’t want to work on a Saturday but after his bad attitude I didn’t want to stay in the shop. I wanted to buy local but after my experience with him I decided to go to curry’s instead.

Excellent service as always from Kitchen Economy. They have just fitted our new oven as ours packed in suddenly without warning. (And when ypu have a young family...you need an oven!!!!) They were super helpful suggesting our new one. I trust their expertise every time and have never had any problems. The boys who fitted the oven were lovely and respectful. Diolch yn fawr!! Love my new oven!!

This online store has one massive advantage…it has an easy to find telephone customer service number. Brilliant! Sorted out the correct parts, delivered the next day (the busy week before Christmas), very competitive prices! Perfect…will always use.
