Kitchen Elegance

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We chose Kitchen Elegance as they are local to us and we had seen their positive reviews. When we first went in and met with Jay (our Designer but also our point of contact throughout) he was friendly and knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve. His designs were fantastic and look exactly like the finished room we now have! We needed some building work as part of this project and by choosing Kitchen Elegance this completely removed the stress. They have dedicated project managers and coordinate all the different trades so you never have to worry about timings and who is free to come when, as they handle all of this. All the people who came to our house were very polite and self sufficient and kept everything very tidy, clearing up each day and leaving the space as usable as possible. They left us a functioning sink for as long as possible as it's so tricky to live without one, something we were very grateful for. Paolo (excuse my spelling if this is incorrect) was the person who fitted our kitchen and he was fantastic. Considering none of our walls are straight in any direction he made everything fit and line up neatly. He was a perfectionist in the best way, and even minor issues with some of the cupboard fronts were noted by him and replacements ordered before we'd had the chance to notice! All in all a great experience with a company who genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. Thank you so much to all the team.

I called Kitchen Elegance to ask for advice on adjusting a cupboard hinge on wall units I purchased 6 years ago. The result was a phone call the next day advising a site visit would be made the following day - how good was that!! The same fitter arrived and changed the hinges at no cost. Excellent customer service - and they must be good to work for. Ian Young

We recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Kitchen Elegance . From the very beginning going into the showroom was a very professional and friendly experience. Lowena was our design contact who did a fantastic job in recommending a design with all the bits we wanted incorporated. The schedule was given to us and overseen by Dave , all the trades involved were excellent and again very professional. The quality of the kitchen and fit are exceptional all went to schedule and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a top quality kitchen .

A big thank you to Jen and Dave and all the team working on the project, including Tony and Manni. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and everyone worked so hard and the timetable was achieved bar a couple of small things which were remedied very quickly. As we couldn’t be there whilst our kitchen was being remodelled and built, we so appreciated the excellent project management throughout. Jen’s design was perfect and it was amazing that we could leave the team to it and we got the most fantastic result at the end. The quality of workmanship is excellent and everything was thought about and executed so well including a couple of extra touches which we were very grateful for. Thank you to all and we will definitely recommend you and your team to anyone else who wants a new kitchen!
