Kitchen Elegance

I chose Kitchen Elegance for my new kitchen because their cupboards are solid and are not wrapped. I wanted a kitchen that was built to last, and one that I can paint in future if I choose to - although I love the colour so much, I can’t see me ever wanting to change it. Jay has been amazing, he really knows his stuff, is really keen to ensure that you get the kitchen of your dreams, and nothing is too much trouble. He is also really good at helping choose what goes together and what might not go so well. I absolutely love my new kitchen, everything went according to plan - used trades recommended by Kitchen Elegance and had absolutely no issues whatsoever so ever.

Brilliant Service and an exceptional job done! We had a laundry and boot room installed. From start to finish Kitchen Elegance were exceptional. Planning, choice and design were first rate. The quality of the workmanship and materials set this company above others. Special mention to Jay who oversaw the project and Paolo for the onsite work. Would thoroughly recommend this local company

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish. We chose Kitchen Elegance as they are local to us and we had seen their positive reviews. When we first went in and met with Jay (our Designer but also our point of contact throughout) he was friendly and knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve. His designs were fantastic and look exactly like the finished room we now have! We needed some building work as part of this project and by choosing Kitchen Elegance this completely removed the stress. They have dedicated project managers and coordinate all the different trades so you never have to worry about timings and who is free to come when, as they handle all of this. All the people who came to our house were very polite and self sufficient and kept everything very tidy, clearing up each day and leaving the space as usable as possible. They left us a functioning sink for as long as possible as it's so tricky to live without one, something we were very grateful for. Paolo (excuse my spelling if this is incorrect) was the person who fitted our kitchen and he was fantastic. Considering none of our walls are straight in any direction he made everything fit and line up neatly. He was a perfectionist in the best way, and even minor issues with some of the cupboard fronts were noted by him and replacements ordered before we'd had the chance to notice! All in all a great experience with a company who genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. Thank you so much to all the team.

Thank you kitchen elegance for my beautiful kitchen, especially to Jay. Jay gave me great ideas and pictures . The finished result is better than I ever envisaged. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were polite and professional .Thanks again. I love it . I would recommend Kitchen Elegance without hesitation.

I called Kitchen Elegance to ask for advice on adjusting a cupboard hinge on wall units I purchased 6 years ago. The result was a phone call the next day advising a site visit would be made the following day - how good was that!! The same fitter arrived and changed the hinges at no cost. Excellent customer service - and they must be good to work for. Ian Young
