I had the experience from hell dealing with a local kitchen showroom after buying a Schuller kitchen from them, leaving me with missing items and broken promises regarding the fitting. I got in touch with Kitchen Finesse and from the start they couldn't be more professional and helpful, ordering parts I needed and then arranging a fitter to complete the job. Credit to the fitter as he did a fantastic job. A massive thank you to Paul and Martin for all their help. True professionals.

I really can't recommend this company enough... talk about patience, I started planning this kitchen back in September and what with one thing and another it dragged on till May!!! (My fault). I am very fussy and have picked Paul's brain 1000's of times with various question and designs. Not only did he help me but had a sense of humour with it. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. I think I have been sent practically every kitchen sample there is, again I never felt like I was being a pain (even though I was). With regards to the quality of the kitchen, this is the 2nd kitchen we have purchased in the schuller range, the previous kitchen at our other house still looked good as new 10 years later when we moved out (Purchased from kitchen finesse too). You can't beat a German kitchen, I wouldn't choose any other. Our new kitchen has not arrived yet and I will post pictures and update my review when it does but I know even if in the unlikely event something was wrong, Paul will be on hand to sort it out without any quibble. And if that wasn't enough the price was also very competitive!!! Thank you for all your help and expertise!!

Martin and Paul were so helpful, making really good suggestions and guiding us through the whole process. Lovely showroom. Have ordered our kitchen after receiving a really quick quote from Paul and looking forward to having it fitted in a few weeks. I would highly recommend this company as their kitchens are top quality.
