We ordered appliances from this company in August 2021 and we are still waiting. They don't contact us and when we chase they say that we are not the only one and they have no idea when the order will be fulfilled. Totally unacceptable and extremely poor service. BEWARE I'm sure my experience is not the only one.

We purchased a large kitchen from Andy , Nigel and the team in 2020. We have been massively impressed at the teams , professional, helpful & service orientated approach. We got the right advice, tailored to suit our budget, the product represented good value for money and the fitting was done professionally. Our kitchen is 7x4 metres, so its a big old space! Nigel (the owner) went out of his way (on two separate occasions), to assist us , when problems had been created by other trades! He did this willingly and at no extra cost. We were renovating for over a year so we have had a LOT of tradespeople through the duration of this project. I can honestly say, that i can count on ONE hand, the amount of tradesmen, i have been impressed with. Kitchen kit were a great company to do business with. We got good advice , a kitchen that was tailored to suit our budget, a great product and good value for money. They then above and beyond the call of duty during the fitting process. They are a no no nonsense firm , which in the kitchen trade is almost unheard of! Forget the cowboys and sharks talk to Nigel, Andy, Aaron and Olivia, at Kitchen Kit.

Originally we looked at all the major kitchen companies although now extremely relieved to have chosen kitchen kit. They’ve been the highlight of our house renovation, from planning, fitting to after care. Would definitely recommend.
