Kitchen Living

For customer service I would give a 4/5 star review, however for quality of product we would have to give lower. Our kitchen has now has been installed for 7 years. We are specifically disappointed with the shaker style cupboard doors; almost all of them have de-laminated over the last 2 years. The first 3 were replaced by the manufacturer at no cost, but have been charged cost price for the most recent 6. Whilst we don't want something for nothing, feel that this is not the quality product we bought into & should be raised with the manufacturer.

It is nearly two years since we have had our kitchen installed. The design is excellent and the appliances have not let us down. We love our granite island which has become the centre of our home. The company was recommended to us and I would recommend it to others. They listened to our wishes, were responsive to our questions and delivered a great product on time and on budget.

From start to finish Kitchen Living gave us first class service at a reasonable price with lots of advice and feedback.

Absolutely first class. Kitchen Living (KL) offer high quality products with truly excellent customer service. We had quotations from several of the major big-brand competitors in the area and KL were not only competitive but also offered a slightly higher spec and MUCH better customer service. We've had our kitchen installed for 18m now and it is still as good as new. Even more telling is that KL have assisted with minor issues post-install and continue to be very helpful - wholeheartedly recommended.
