I really cannot speak highly enough of this great company. From our first meeting to get a quote to having the kitchen done it was efficient, on time and done with a high focus on customer service. Our fitter Connor was fantastic, his attention to detail and precision was incredible and he was a pleasure to deal with. Aaron also refurbished and polished our granite worktops and floor as well and that really finished the whole kitchen off. We now have a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more delighted. We had our kitchen made over by Kitchen Makeover at the end of May 2024. After about a year and a half, we experienced some issues with the worktop and the instant hot-water appliance. We contacted the team, and the staff were very nice and followed up with us efficiently. Although we eventually needed to pay again for the repairs, I still appreciate their support and the good service they provided throughout the process. One thing to keep in mind: sometimes the workers may dispose of the boxes or warranty cards during installation. I should have been more cautious and not relied entirely on them for keeping these documents. So, for anyone using their service, make sure you keep all the relevant paperwork yourself and fully understand what the warranty covers.

Originally our project started out as a basic makeover but we now feel we have ended up with a totally new kitchen. We received great advice , a lot of patience and support from all the team. From start to finish the process was very smooth. Having the original tiling (15 years old) cleaned and regrouted was well worth the extra cost. Our relative thought it was all new tiling ! Connor did a great job with the fitting, was very thorough , tidy and meticulous. Overall a great job done and we'd thoroughly recommend highly to others.
