I am so pleased with my new kitchen from kitchen solutions at Langley mill. From start to finish the whole experience has been great. I had three different quotes and plans and really liked what Daniel created, the quality is beautiful and a good price. Stef was amazing doing the fitting and the whole house was being renovated so there were times when I had to delay things, this was all met with patience and professionalism. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent work and we have a beautiful, quality kitchen to show for it. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Daniel and Claire are helpful and knowledgeable and guide you through the options. They keep in touch and check up regularly. Design was completed quickly, delivery and installation all went smoothly. Nice follow up too to check everything was as we wanted, and to help with warranties etc. I was recommended though several family over the years, and I would thoroughly recommend to everyone I know.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, changes to plans and quotes repeatedly felt unclear, and I often left discussions with little confidence that our requirements had been properly understood. The way I was spoken to when discussing delays to other building works (which admittedly were not ideal for either side) ultimately led us to lose confidence in proceeding. Despite raising concerns afterwards, there was never any acknowledgement or apology. We made the decision to cancel, despite losing the £500 deposit. Since cancelling, we have heard of similar experiences from others, which only confirmed we made the right decision. In contrast, the company we have since chosen (project now completed) has been excellent throughout and has really highlighted how poor our experience here was.
