We had an outstanding experience with Kitchencraft. From start to finish, the entire process was highly professional and genuinely collaborative. Steve and the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and worked closely with us to design a kitchen that is both beautiful and incredibly functional. They delivered on everything they promised, stayed on schedule, and were consistently communicative throughout. What really stood out was their expert advice — not just on appliances, but on the overall layout, flow and day-to-day practicality of the space. Every suggestion they made has enhanced how our family actually uses the kitchen. The end result is absolutely fantastic, and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise Kitchencraft highly enough. From our initial meeting with Steve and Emma we felt immediately at ease. The design process was easy, they listened to our needs and implemented them seamlessly into the design. They took care of everything, from building works to plumbing, plastering, electrics, tiling, decorating and more. They also redesigned our pantry and utility room both of which work so much better now. Cameron is an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble. At the beginning of the installation they provided us with a schedule and everything happened when they said it would. This is a genuine, friendly and professional company who want you to have the best experience and outcome possible. We are thrilled to bits with our kitchen and so glad we chose this outstanding family business.

Having been disappointed in a design by another kitchen company, we happened to come across Kitchencraft on Instagram and contacted them for a kitchen design. From the first few minutes of meeting Stephen, I KNEW this was who I wanted to go with. Steve is professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. He was coming up with ideas for the kitchen that already excited me, even before we'd even started the design. When we were invited to the Showroom to see the designs we were literally blown away by what Emma had come up with. She had thought of everything and had really given us the 'Wow Factor' that we had been looking for. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, friendly and efficient, it has made the upheaval so much easier and even pleasurable! When it came to fitting it, Cam and Will have been fantastic and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We really have felt looked after and are beyond happy with our new kitchen! We simply cannot recommend Kitchencraft highly enough.
