My wife and I have just spent a wonderful couple of hours in the company of Chef Tarrant Ablett and Claire Hunt demonstrating the Bora Expo oven and Bora Classic 2.0 induction hob. The interactive experience was very informative as we learnt how to use these top-end products, watching a variety of delicious dishes cooked in front of our eyes......skewered baby oyster mushrooms and flat iron steak on the Tepan plate, steamed aspargus and tandoori chicken in the oven, as well as firecracker potatoes on the griddle pan. Chef Tarrant topped this all off with "probably" the best chocolate brownie in the world (and wow! it was awesome).....All was totally delicious and perfectly cooked. This is a great way to understand how these appliances work in real life, to ask an expert lots of practical questions and, of course, to enjoy some amazing food. Thank you to the whole team at Bells for a wonderful experience.
