We would like to thank Vanessa, David and the team at KBD for the superb job they made of the design and installation of our amazing new kitchen. They have been doing this for a long time and it shows at every step of the process, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Vanessa produced a brilliant design for the kitchen utilising the space to the maximum and coming up with ideas we hadn’t even considered. Once we were happy with the design David produced a plan for the works and installation giving dates for each element, everything was completed to schedule and during the work we had regular visits from them to check on progress. All the Trades worked seamlessly together to produce excellent results, always leaving the place as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. We are so pleased we went with KBD and would highly recommend them.

David & Vanessa provide a hugely professional and personal service, and offer a great mix of modern and traditional kitchens. They were recommended as a cost-effective alternative to more expensive German or English Kitchens. I was really impressed with their product knowledge and attention to detail of things that seem small, but make a huge difference (like plinth height). They also have much better flexibility with changes after the order is placed, but before it's manufactured, compared to other suppliers. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We chose KBD to design and fit our new kitchen because we loved the quality of their units and were comfortable with the unpressured approach when we visited the Ross-on-Wye showroom. David and Vanessa were endlessly patient and responsive to our ideas and concerns. We wanted a modern design for an old cottage and are delighted with the results. Things we liked: 1. The design process. Vanessa noted every one of the many irregularities in our room. We saw excellent visuals of what the kitchen would look like. 2. The whole team (fitter, plumber, electrician, floorer, and plasterer) did a site visit before quoting. We were assured that the amount we were quoted would not change, no matter what unforeseen issues arose. This proved to be the case when one job (drilling through a thick wall) was more difficult than anticipated. 3. The team liaised well during the work, sometimes sending photographs to each other so that they knew exactly what to expect and always arrived with the right materials. 4. We had a detailed plan of who would be on site and when. This was adhered to exactly. 5. All the team (Chris, Dan, Richard and Simon) were absolutely first rate - punctual, efficient, hard-working and pleasant to have around. Thanks to all of them! It was a long job but we knew that in advance. From the beginning, we had perfect confidence in David, Vanessa and the team which made the whole process relatively stress free. The new kitchen has given us a reconfiguration of the downstairs rooms which we are really happy with.

We cannot speak highly enough of KBD. What a professional and caring company. David and Vanessa really looked after us from initial design concepts right through the project, including the terrible time we had with Covid delays on our build project. They bent over backwards to help us every step of the way. Chris and Jon were great on-site, getting every detail spot on. Out of all of the contractors we dealt with during our self-build project they were number 1 hands down - an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so happy with the kitchen and utility, and they also installed us some great fitted office furniture too! We would never go anywhere else for a kitchen. Oh yes, it is also great value for money!

We have been so impressed by the team at KBD. We were making a huge change to our home layout and Vanessa understood exactly what I wanted from her first visit - hence, when she gave us our initial design, there was very little that needed changing. Communication is excellent and they are always available for a quick chat about how things are going during your build. The fitting team are amazing - the best I’ve every dealt with in all honesty! Friendly, trustworthy and cleaned up after themselves every evening. Chris from KBD is meticulous about getting every item in your kitchen fitted perfectly - even working till later than expected to get the job done. The whole team liaised with all the trades to ensure the installation was seamless. This allowed us to just sit back and watch our incredibly high end kitchen take shape. It is, without a doubt, the kitchen we have always wanted!
