Nick and Scott both worked with us to design our new kitchen at our Edinburgh flat. It was a second home for us and so choosing everything when we were not local could have been very tricky. They were recommended by our builders, Bann, and the experience of choosing the new kitchen and the execution of the design has been superb. We are thrilled with the result and would highly recommend them to others. The choices of colours for the cabinetry finish and appliances really helped us ensure the design and finish were what we wanted. My kitchen was supplied by kitchens by Nick McNally and fitted around six years ago. I had noticed a hairline crack on the silestone worktop recently. I contacted Nick McNally about a repair and Cat Millar, the studio manager took ownership of the issue. Cat arranged for the stone fitters to visit my home and assess the crack. About a week later Cat got back in touch to advise that the worktops were going to be replaced at no cost. Unbelievable I thought it would be repaired. The service provided has been outstanding. I had an outstanding experience working with Yaz on my kitchen, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Yaz really listened to what I wanted and designed a kitchen that matched my vision perfectly. Her attention to detail and ability to bring ideas to life made the whole process feel effortless. She went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect worktop, even taking me to a factory so I could see a wide range of options in person. This made a huge difference in feeling confident about my choice. One of the highlights was visiting the Miele Experience with Yaz, we were treated to a three-course meal while learning about the appliances. Yaz guided me through the selection process and even helped me join the Miele Connoisseur Club, which offers an incredible at-home dining experience. She also helped me choose my island chairs and supported me with every detail along the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her dedication and enthusiasm truly set her apart. Thanks to Yaz, I now have a kitchen that not only looks amazing but works perfectly for my needs. I’m absolutely delighted with the result. Every time a visitor comes for the first time I get a WOW! Our extension has just finished and most of all we are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and can’t recommend Nick McNally kitchens highly enough. The service from Nick and Cat was exceptional and we are very grateful. Our kitchen has completely changed our life as a family, Nick has created such a calm stylish space that is such a joy to be in and as a result we spend more time together, even our teens! It would have been impossible to create the look without Nick’s input. Nick thinks of every detail and has incredible style, ideas and attention to detail. We feel very lucky as not only do we have a beautiful kitchen we had the entire space styled to complement the kitchen and the result is perfect. I feel as a Kitchen company they go above and beyond any expectations, Cat has been absolutely brilliant too.
