Having just had our kitchen/dining room modernised we would highly recommend Kitchens Complete . From the initial meeting to design, fitting and decorating, everything went smoothly and on schedule as promised. Every trade person on the team was hard working, professional and friendly with the attention to detail being exceptional. We chose Kitchens Complete after several recommendations from friends and were not disappointed. From design to the finished kitchen the quality of the service and products, for us are clear to see and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. I can’t explain how happy we are with our kitchen. This was our first ever big project in our house- with a 4 year old and 4 month baby too! Phil was great at designing a kitchen we asked for and to our budget. This let us spend a bit more of finishes because we really trusted our money was in good hands. We looked at big companies and never got that same feeling. Initially we thought we wouldn’t be able to afford an independent kitchen company so my main take away with this is ASK and be upfront with budget and needs. If we hadn’t we wouldn’t have anywhere near the standard or design we have now. The whole team were amazing from the plasterer who mopped up the hall way as he left, to the trade team who worked so quickly getting the old kitchen out and fitted the appliances/lights and to Sam and Josh who fitted the kitchen. Flooring was amazingly quick despite poor Barry doing herringbone for us as it’s a fiddly job. It was busy and logistically challenging with two kids but it was the least stressful experience and 3 weeks of hard work for the team but as customers we actually had a really easy time. The finish is amazing and they ticked all our boxes and more. Would use them again for future projects and how tidy and respectful they were of the house and the kids really means a lot. Nothing was ever left a mess or dangerous and they answered all the questions my 4 year old could find to ask. Our baby also is in and out of hospital and the team were really understanding when we had to disappear or panic about the fridge been off for his milk or drops. They were always supportive and really helpful! Amazing team and miss them being around, can’t wait till we can find more projects for them in the future. Great team of hardworking guys and hope you’ve all had a well earned rest over Christmas!

Kitchens Complete designed, spec'd, and fitted our kitchen in June/July 2024, and we couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Every step of the design process was made easy thanks to Troy’s knowledge, creativity, and thoughtful ideas in response to our needs. The craftsmanship from the team who removed our old kitchen, prepared the space, and installed the new one was exceptional. They were meticulous, professional, and always confirming that we were happy at every stage (which we absolutely were). Fast-forward a year, and we experienced a minor issue where the paint on one of the doors had failed. Kitchens Complete resolved it swiftly by providing a replacement door and arranging installation at a time convenient for us. The aftercare has been just as impressive as the initial service. I’d highly recommend Kitchens Complete to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and a company that truly stands behind its work.
