I cannot fault the service we received from Pam and Tom at Kitchens in Colour. It’s rare these days to find a tradesperson who is truly true to their word, but Tom completely restored my faith. If he said he would be there, he was there—always punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. We have a small kitchen, and Tom took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and the challenges we faced with the space. He offered practical suggestions and was completely upfront about what would and wouldn’t work, which we really appreciated. The showroom is fantastic, with an extensive range of samples, and Tom talked us through sketches and design ideas in detail, making the whole process easy to understand. The installation took around a week, and throughout the project Tom and his team were respectful, hardworking, and tidy. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was cleaned up, and when the job was complete, they left the kitchen spotless. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitchens in Colour to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and excellent customer service. 100% recommended

From the moment we popped into the Kitchens in Colour showroom in Partick we felt in safe hands. Pamela was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and patient. She answered our (often stupid) questions, gave us brochures, showed us samples without ever being pushy or salesy. When Tom arrived to look at our space and take measurements for a quote he really took his time to explain various options and we felt confident that he was listening even though, at that point, all we really knew was what we didn't want! Throughout the process we never felt pressured and Tom probably deserves some sort of medal for managing to keep smiling despite our dithering and indecision. Tom was also able to arrange and manage other works, unrelated to the kitchen (hall flooring, extra toilet, tiling etc). When we found ourselves slightly baffled by our new steam oven Tom arranged for a Borra rep to pop in and give us a 1-1 tutorial. In summary, we are delighted with our new kitchen (& the rest!) and we would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchens in Colour.
