Kitchens In Colour

From the moment we popped into the Kitchens in Colour showroom in Partick we felt in safe hands. Pamela was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and patient. She answered our (often stupid) questions, gave us brochures, showed us samples without ever being pushy or salesy. When Tom arrived to look at our space and take measurements for a quote he really took his time to explain various options and we felt confident that he was listening even though, at that point, all we really knew was what we didn't want! Throughout the process we never felt pressured and Tom probably deserves some sort of medal for managing to keep smiling despite our dithering and indecision. Tom was also able to arrange and manage other works, unrelated to the kitchen (hall flooring, extra toilet, tiling etc). When we found ourselves slightly baffled by our new steam oven Tom arranged for a Borra rep to pop in and give us a 1-1 tutorial. In summary, we are delighted with our new kitchen (& the rest!) and we would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchens in Colour.

Oh, what a fabulous journey my husband Gordon and I have enjoyed! Every step of the way was so enjoyable from meeting Tom in the first place in the showroom to waving him away with such a big smile on our faces at the end. Tom is without doubt an expert in his field and the service from him, Pamela and the rest of the team was exceptional. We took quite a long time to agree the final design as we wanted to be sure it was just right and Tom was so patient and came up with some great ideas. Once on site Tom worked away so efficiently, tirelessly and energetically - his skills, expertise and dedication to perfection are excellent in every respect and he always consulted us if there was any decision or choice to be made in any part of the installation. Also, no matter we raised was too small for his consideration. The other tradesmen Tom brought in were excellent too and they seemed to arrive and leave seamlessly and just got on with the job. Everyone on site respected our home and at the end of every day the workplace was left very neat and tidy with everything cleared away that needed to be. We were recommended to Tom and Kitchens in Colour from a few different sources and we can say that we are truly delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. Tom’s quick sense of humour and positive attitude made him a real pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Kitchens in Colour – you will be delighted with the whole journey and, of course, have a fabulous kitchen at the end to enjoy for years to come.

Tom, Pam and their team delivered a beautiful kitchen, bespoke storeroom and wardrobe for us on time and within budget. Their planning and workmanship are top class, and their communication and ability to take on feedback were excellent too. It was a pleasure having them in our home - would highly recommend!

We had our kitchen project completed in November 2023 by Tom & his team from KITCHENS IN COLOUR. Tom’s quotation was very competitive when compared to others we had obtained and we were highly impressed with the initial consultation. What also impressed us was that he obviously knows the Masterclass product inside-out - and was therefore able to come up with solutions to a couple of bespoke ideas we wished to be incorporated. From our first (of many) visits to the showroom - until completion of the project, we’ve been highly impressed by Tom’s hands-on work ethic. He is a problem-solver and is also meticulous in his work, leaving nothing to chance. Nothing is too much trouble for him and any changes or other issues identified during the installation were quickly attended to without complaint. Tom’s reassuring manner guaranteed us tremendous peace of mind - and low stress levels! In addition to fitting our new Masterclass kitchen, Tom also additionally completed installation of metal Crittall doors, new skirtings & facings, along with new pass doors/handles etc throughout our house - as well as providing bespoke wiring solutions for the installation of a hot tub. He coordinated all trades and kept a tight reign on progress times. Communication throughout the process was also first class. KITCHENS IN COLOUR provided us with a complete service involving all required trades. All debris/rubbish was removed, leaving our place immaculate on completion. To conclude - we are utterly delighted with our new kitchen installation. Both the quality of the product as well as the high standard of workmanship provided have left us feeling so glad we went with KITCHENS IN COLOUR. We have absolutely no hesitation in very highly recommending Tom and his team to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Tom, Pamela and their team where fantastic from beginning to end. We had extensive work done, including an extension, which Tom managed and worked on for us. Tom and Pamela helped us narrow down what we would like in our new kitchen and advised us on all areas, from worktops and sinks to which appliances would be best. The quality of the work was superb- Tom and his team worked consistently and with exacting standards, while being responsive and flexible during the process whenever we had a change of heart on an area or new ideas we wanted to implement. We are extremely pleased with the results, with all of our family life now revolving around the kitchen we where given. Cannot recommend highly enough!
