Kitchens of Bath

Appalling customer service and utterly shoddy product. Was promised a bespoke kitchen made by a small company in Devon but was supplied with cheap tat from a low-cost online company. The units are already cracking and chipping, only six months on. Too small time to cope with large jobs. Communication is dreadful. Constantly had to chase despite having paid a hefty deposit. Stay clear. Update. Two years on and a large portion of the kitchen will need replacing. Dreadful quality. In response to Kitchens of Bath. I am a client. You fitted my kitchen in Hayesfield Park. Louisa Lynch is my Google name for privacy. I will write to Google with proof that I am a client of yours and stand by the disgraceful service received and resubmit the review if necessary.

We have just had fitted a small kitchen from Kitchens of Bath in our house in France. Alex and John were both knowledgeable, flexible, helpful, and they fitted in with our difficult schedule, solving every problem before we knew it was a problem! Dominic the fitter worked extremely hard, with care and attention to detail, and he never rushed. As a result, the kitchen looks fantastic, and we're thrilled with the end result!

Kitchens of Bath have just completed, July 19, a full redesign and fitting of our kitchen, dining room. Including under floor heating. From design throughout fitting and commission the experience was superb. Alex is thoughtful and an excellent project manager, with a great sense of humour, the fitters were very hard working and accommodating. We have no problem recommending Kitchens of Bath!

I decided to choose John to supply my kitchen after much looking around, his attention to detail was superb and overcame seemingly impossible obstacles with the kitchen design. The end result is amazing using top quality units and equipment. I would have no hesitation in recommending (which i have already done with a number of friends!) Kitchens of Bath - Keep up the great work John! .........Update 2018 just had a second kitchen supplied from John in June this year....again fantastic service and faultless attention to detail! Highly recommended!!

John has just completed my hand painted kitchen which is out of this world. His service and attention to detail was outstanding. With his background in project management and construction he helped me with advice regarding walls I wanted to remove. John and his team managed the work from start to finish. Amazingly the costs came in lower than my original budget. If you want someone with design flair and a team who cares I highly recommend Kitchens of Bath.
