Had a bathroom fitted, cost massively over the odds for substandard units and fittings, all of which were delivered in good time, thats where the positives ended, no sooner had the parts been delivered a phonecall was received to demand payment for the goods, It was relayed that the parts hadn't been checked yet, not acceptable so i foolishly made payment only to discover during fitting that all parts had not been supplied, notably a shower screen that would take a while to turn up.Work took longer than quoted and reasonably expected, kitchen used as workshop which left the place a mess with worktops damaged, workmen unreliable and work quality not the best, a toilet drainline was found propped up with pieces of wood only when another job required someone to go under floorboards. My work was done a few years ago, only came onto here after seeing an advert on Facebook recently to warn people to be careful when using this company. I only know a few people who have used them and their opinions are similar to mine.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a kitchen fitted by them in April which still has issues. Firstly we were supplied with a worktop that was terrible. Marks wouldn't clean off and eventually agreed to replace. Firstly new worktop was delivered and date booked to get it fitted. First date the workman didn't show up as the manager forgot to book him apparently. Second time workman was booked who told me there wasn't enough worktop to do the job. A second delivery was arranged. Delivery company delivered some more worktop and took away the worktop that was wrong. Third occasion a different fitter came and advised the worktop was still wrong! He called up the office who basically asked him to bodge the job just to get it done. Superb when you have spend thousands on a new kitchen! So they agreed to come back and it was replaced at the 4th attempt and some six months after the kitchen was originally fitted. There are still things outstanding on the kitchen. I have emailed Lyn their customer care manager who has apparently passed my concerns on to the Director who would be in touch. That was two weeks ago now. Still no reply. So basically once you have paid them they couldn't care less. Do not under any circumtances get any work done by this company.

Quality of kitchen by Kerrisons is excellent but the aftercare service is non existent. Plasterer is not good at all. Shoddy work and he mixed his plaster directly on my decking and ruined it. I am now paying for remedial work as I have waited 2 months for anyone to come back to me. I was going to use them for my bathroom but I am staying well clear of this company. Was told my very small kitchen would take 6 days but as none of their contractors work on a Friday it ran into 3 weeks. Ridiculous in my view.

Do not give this company your number! It doesn’t matter how many times you say no to their business and that you’ve changed your mind or how many numbers you block they manage to ring you off a different number hounding you for a new kitchen/bathroom. It is such a red flag that they are so desperate to get business that they have to cling onto your potential business like this. It was over 2 years ago since they came to my door and they are still pestering me! Must have been about 10-12 calls now.

Extremely Disappointed We want to share our horrible experience with Kitchen Plus so others can be careful. From day one, things went wrong. The salesperson pushed us to pay £12,000 upfront without any paperwork, making promises that were never delivered. We were told the job would be completed in three weeks (workers will turned up to work only half day or they didn’t even turned up to work) but it dragged on for weeks and weeks. Only last week did they finally finish the toilet – and it was left in a terrible state. We been charged over £50,000 for a kitchen that isn’t done complete and for two toilets that anyone will do it better so we been scammed by them as they wasted our time and used cheap materials… To make matters worse, last night we had a major water leak because the pipes had not been fitted properly. Water poured through our kitchen ceiling, causing damage and distress for the whole family. We strongly recommend that anyone considering Kitchen Plus be very cautious and check all their work carefully. Our experience has been awful, and we are now seeking legal action to resolve the damage and hold them accountable. PS: In response to your message, please be advised that I will be taking legal action against your company. If you also wish to pursue court proceedings, you are welcome to do so. The difference is that I have witnesses, photographs, and videos that clearly demonstrate the issues. Most recently, the plumbers your company sent to complete the kitchen plumbing failed to carry out the work properly. As a result, a pipe burst, flooding the new kitchen. I reported this to your office on Wednesday morning, and now, on Saturday at 00:13, no one from your company has attended to inspect or resolve the issue. Your company has already demonstrated a pattern of poor service, taking money from clients while failing to deliver the promised standard of work. I am also aware that Trading Standards previously issued a penalty against your business in 2021 or 2022. For your reference, I am attaching photographs showing the defective work carried out, as well as the unresolved issues with both the kitchen and the toilets, despite these being reported. You advertise an “outstanding service,” but the reality has been a complete failure to meet even basic standards. Frankly, it is shameful that this is how your company operates, and that such serious matters have gone ignored.
