Our dream kitchen is complete. Thank you, KitchenSmiths. From the very first point of contact through to the finished installation, the entire experience was faultless. The moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Dan, it was obvious that this team truly knew what they were doing, and they absolutely delivered. The quality of the kitchen itself is exceptional. The craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail are on a completely different level. Having worked with other trades on complex projects before, I know how easily things can unravel. Missed details, compromises, mistakes or poor communication often creep in. None of that happened here. Not once. Everything fitted perfectly. No issues, no damage, no shortcuts. Just outstanding quality and precision throughout. The installation team deserve special mention. They are incredibly skilled, courteous and very tidy. They treated the space with care and respect from start to finish and were a pleasure to have around. I do not say this lightly. I had to relocate the kitchen in my 16th-century cottage to a room with an unconventional shape. After extensive research, a real estate agent recommended Kitchensmiths as a reliable kitchen provider. Their online reviews further solidified their reputation. Upon reaching out to Alex, one of their designers, the process proceeded seamlessly. He assessed the space and presented an exceptional design, surpassing those of several other top kitchen companies in Cambridge. Kitchensmiths embodies the antithesis of a hard sell. They exhibit extreme patience and genuine concern to ensure you achieve your desired outcome. Needless to say, I have not been disappointed. The quality of everything they have delivered is exceptional and aesthetically pleasing. I have two minor caveats to mention: Firstly, they may not be the most budget-friendly option on the market. However, the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true, coupled with the added benefits of a family business that customizes their product to your needs. Secondly, their lead times can be lengthy, requiring several months of waiting for your kitchen. Despite these considerations, every extra penny and moment of waiting is well worth it. Kitchensmiths operates with a single team of fitters, completing one kitchen per week. Initially, this may seem frustrating, but my annoyance dissipated upon their arrival. The team tackled all the challenges of a room where not a single angle was right. They were efficient, tidy, polite, and demonstrated exceptional skill. The end result exceeded all expectations and justified the wait. I am immensely grateful to Kitchensmiths for their exceptional service at every stage of the project. Alex and his colleague, Maude, are consummate professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond, readily accommodating any additional needs. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Clare prepared a very good design and a detailed time schedule for our new kitchen and utility. The experienced fitting team kept to the schedule and installed the units and appliances to a very high standard. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome.

The team was highly professional, the scheduling was excellent, and the end result a fantastic high-quality kitchen. Aspects such as plumbing and fittings that needed on-site decisions were dealt with very well.

Alex designed the kitchen in 2021 but due to serious delays caused by our builders, the installation did not take place until 2022. Alex supported us throughout and moved install dates to fit in with the delays caused by the builders. No fuss, just helped! The install went well and we now have a fully working kitchen nearly 18 months from completing the design. I found the whole team helpful and responsive throughout, I highly recommend Kitchensmiths.
