The guy in Wednesday closing he is behaving properly. I’m the coustmer and friends I referred as well from time but he is acting rude I want you to take action and the lady staff is good and polite on Wednesday whenever I go

Wednesday night closing time i buying things I’m already costumer before but the male guy who is there while closing he is not responding politely and he is rude with me but the lady helper is good, on the till girl also rude to me please take it seriously and remove that guy from work. I don’t know his name but I want that guy out from your shop if not you do it ll affect your business. I don’t feel like come to your shop because of that guy no personal between us ,he is not acting properly I think he has some mental problems

AVOID. Have been watching their tiktok shop and decided to go down to purchase a few items. I drove 45 minutes to the store. Most of the items were out of stock, however I was happy to purchase the display pieces for the items that they did not have in stock. The display pieces were damaged/worn in multiple areas. I asked if they would reduce the price, as it was clearly defective. They informed me that they would only reduce it by £2. I explained to them that there are multiple areas of damage on the item and that as I am purchasing multiple items, £2 is not sufficient for the level of damage. The cashier then turned to me and said 'well any other customer would buy it'. The staff were extremely inexperienced and had no basic etiquette. I messaged the owner on tiktok and they responded and then blocked my account. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!!

Very good quality cookware, glassware, everything was quite reasonable prices
