We had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus Bournemouth. We made enquiries after we had almost decided on a kitchen at another kitchen provider. As soon as we walked into the showroom in Westbourne. Bournemouth we were greeted warmly and were wowed by the kitchen designs and appliances kindly shown to us by Olivia. Olivia knew the products well and could answer any questions. Halee listened to our wishes and was swift to create a design which realised our dream kitchen. As part of this process she also did a home visit to fully understand our vision which involved knocking a few walls down. The ordering process through to delivery and after sales care was outstanding.

We are really pleased with our kitchen that Sean O. and the fitters from Kutchenhaus Bournemouth helped us design and install. In particular we appreciated the patience in listening to and responding to all of our questions and ideas and the attention to detail to make sure the vision would become a reality.

I found this branch absolutely fantastic. Jay was the only person who could help me make my own designs a reality. A few others, from other well known kitchen brands, just couldn’t make my designs work, so I was over the moon when Jay was able to. The kitchen fitters were brilliant and I’m so impressed by the quality and look of it now it’s finished. There was a slight delay, due to hold ups in Germany, but the branch staff and the fitters did everything they could to ensure we weren’t without a kitchen. I’d highly recommend them.
